As of today, guests are able to reserve rooms for check-in dates starting July 9, 2019 for the Gran Destino Tower coming to Disney World’s Coronado Springs Resort.
You can see newly released concept art for the standard guests rooms here.
One of the features we’ve been most excited about since the new tower was announced is its rooftop dining location. And now the name for this restaurant, which will offer amazing views of Walt Disney World, including fireworks viewing, has officially been revealed!
Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood will offer indoor dining along with a lounge with indoor and outdoor seating. We can’t wait to find out when we can start making Advance Dining Reservations for this new experience, and we will share that with you right away when its revealed!
A new name has also been announced for the on-the-water dining location coming to Coronado Springs Resort. Three Bridges Bar & Grill is being constructed on an island in the middle of Lago Dorado, the Resort’s 14-acre lake. It will be accessible via walkaways across the lake.
There are SO MANY changes in store for Coronado Springs Resort AND the rest of Walt Disney World coming over the next few years! Find out more about all of them in our DFB YouTube Video!

I thought the name was Villa del Lago?
DFB Sarah says
Cindy — that’s the name of the waterside bar/grill at the resort. So many changes at Coronado, it’s hard to keep track!
Michelle Stenson says
What fireworks will you see from the Toledo restaurant?
What time would be best time to eat so we could see them..
DFB Sarah says
Michelle, we expect to be able to see Epcot and Hollywood Studios nighttime shows from the rooftop at Gran Destino Tower. As for what time you should plan to eat: you’ll want to find out what time those shows are on the night you want to dine, then plan to dine maybe 30-45 minutes before they start. That way you’ll still be present (not paying a bill and heading out) when they start.
