How to Book Epcot Food & Wine Festival Events
To book all special events and demonstrations, call 407-WDW-FEST (939-3378) starting on May 15, 2019. Culinary Demonstrations and Beverage Seminars and general admission for some special events may be bookable online at www.epcotfoodfestival.com as well as by phone.
Early booking for Disney World Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members will open on May 14th at 9:00 AM EST.
Tables in Wonderland members, Annual Passholders, Disney Vacation Club Members, and Golden Oak Residents may be eligible for a $2 discount (per person, per event) for beverage and seminars and culinary demos taking place Mon-Thurs during the festival. Discounts are by phone only at 407-WDW-FEST (939-3378).

Celebrity Chefs
Celebrity Chefs bring extra excitement to the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. This year we can’t wait to see such notables as Carla Hall, Buddy Valastro, and Jamie Deen (and more!) for the “Sunday Brunch with the Chef” series.
Look for your favorite chef during culinary demos and premium events as well as Disney and visiting chefs!

Eat to the Beat Concerts
Throughout the Epcot Food and Wine Festival, popular bands from recent decades take the stage at the American Gardens Theater in the American Adventure Pavilion for the Eat to the Beat Concert Series. These concerts are free with Epcot admission, and take place three times per evening.

Fun for the Whole Family
Emile’s Fromage Montage is a new family friendly event guests can sample a variety of delicious cheeses served in inventive ways! Purchase any five cheese dishes from the Marketplace Booths that are listed in the Festival Passport and collect a stamp for each cheese dish purchased. Once you’ve collected all the stamps bring the stamped Festival Passport to Shimmering Sips for a complimentary specialty cheesecake unique to the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
This year there will be fun for the whole family at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival including: a playground, Character Dance Party (on Friday and Saturday evenings), Junior Chef Kitchen presented by Krusteaz® (a complimentary event offered on Sundays), and the return of Remy’s Ratatouille Hide ‘n’ Squeak Scavenger Hunt!
At the Disney Du Jour Dance Party, kids can look forward to dancin’ with a “rotating menu” of Disney Characters, including Remy and Emile from Ratatouille, along with weekend Radio Disney artist appearances!
The Fun Zone playground will give the kiddos a spot created with them in mind. Look for it right next to Taste Track in Future World, which will be a Food Booth this year.
Free with Epcot Admission
Free with Epcot admission are the Festival Center Back to Basics series, special book signings, Eat to the Beat concerts, cultural adventures, Marketplace Discovery Passport, and all attractions and park entertainment. Festival hours could again extend to 10pm on weekends!
Festival Merchandise
A full range of Festival merchandise will be available to commemorate your visit to the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. Items include apparel, glassware, kitchenware, magnets, all bearing logos of the Festival and its attractions. In addition, look for upscale collections as well, like designer handbags. These always sell out quickly!
Merchandise lines will include new and returning favorites like Chef Remy (on items like kitchenware and ornaments), Chef Minnie and Chef Mickey, Brews Around the World, Foodie Figment, and Taste Your Way Around the World.

Annual Passholder Merchandise and More
This year’s Festival will once again feature special commemorative items for Annual Passholders including magnets and a Dooney & Bourke handbag!
The first Passholder magnet features Chef Minnie and will be available from August 29th through October 14th.
A Chef Remy magnet will also be available for Passholders from October 15 – November 23.
Annual Passholders can also receive a complimentary Chef Minnie Wooden Coaster Set on their fourth Food and Wine Festival visit! These items will be available while supplies last at Mouse Gear or Disney Traders.
