You may not think sushi and bowling go together… but they sure do when you’re at Splitsville Luxury Lanes! And the newest of the sushi offerings at this dining-and-bowling spot is the Galaxy Roll!
Ahi tuna is seared in kimchee ponzu with spicy krab mix, avocado and cream cheese and is rolled in soy paper and topped with baked spicy shrimp mix, eel sauce, sesame seeds and scallions.
Though we found out about the Galaxy Roll on Splitsville Orlando’s Twitter, it’s also showing up on the menu for the new Anaheim location as well.
Is this new item a nod to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge? Maybe. (Probably, actually. We’ve seen Disney nods at Splitsville before… remember the Beauty and the Beast roll?) In any case, it seems like this newest roll will be out of this world!
