Make your way to Banana Cabana if…
- You’re craving Good Time Vibes served along with your drinks. Simply put: it’s tough to beat the atmosphere at Banana Cabana! Steel drums on the ceiling, swing benches at select tables, open-air while still under solid cover… Oh, and did we mention awesome bartenders? Whatever “it” is, Banana Cabana’s got it!
- You want substantial eats during your pool day. Did you know that Banana Cabana is literally connected to a Table Service restaurant, Sebastian’s Bistro (and a hidden gem, at that)? This means the Cabana is totally hooked up to provide a full food menu of Caribbean-inspired appetizers and entrees… on legit plates! This is NOT your average pool bar, my friends.
- You’re spending your day at Fuentes del Morro, Caribbean Beach Resort’s main pool. That said, Banana Cabana is indeed a pool bar! Order a beachy cocktail in a plastic cup and stroll right back to your poolside spot. Aaaah…
Skip this pool bar if…
- It’s too far out of your way. If you’re planning to enjoy some time on the Disney Skyliner, Banana Cabana is worth a stop on your list. Otherwise, Banana Cabana is admittedly out of the way from juuuust about everywhere in Disney World and could take a significant amount of your valuable Disney World time to get there.
- You’re not on “Island Time”. Sure, you can grab a drink here and move on. But Banana Cabana is made for lingering. It’s not worth seeking out if you don’t have the time to enjoy it.
- The weather just isn’t cooperating. Banana Cabana offers the best of both worlds with its open-air setting and substantial overhead cover. But if you’ve ever experienced that sideways rain in Florida, then you know there are some weather occasions when that sadly just won’t cut it, and it’s time to head completely indoors.

- Guests will find a walk-up bar and can take their drinks back to the pool, or plan to stay awhile and enjoy tableside service.
