You’ll find the signature Monsieur Paul Restaurant — a fitting tribute to Chef Paul Bocuse — upstairs from Chefs de France.

Monsieur Paul replaced Bistro de Paris when it opened in 2013. One of Disney’s most critically acclaimed restaurants, Bistro de Paris was the brainchild of three of France’s most decorated chefs: Paul Bocuse, Roger Verge, and the late Gaston Lenôtre. Monsieur Paul continues the tradition with a high-end, French-inspired menu.

Each meal starts with a glass of champagne (for guests of legal drinking age) and then progresses through five courses with The Gastronomic Meal of The French.

The view is beautiful, the food is delectable, and the service is excellent at this Signature dining restaurant.

The Meal at Monsieur Paul

Monsieur Paul now has a prix fixe menu. You start with an Apéritif, an amuse-bouche dish that comes with a glass of champagne, and then move on to the appetizer course. Next, you’ll choose an item from the fish course menu and then one for your meat course. The fourth course is an assortment of cheeses, and then the final course is dessert.

This is by no means a casual spot to grab a bite, but it might be just right if you want a luxurious meal to celebrate a special occasion.

If you have special dietary restrictions, you should contact the restaurant ahead of time to let them know.

The Atmosphere at Monsieur Paul

When your table is ready, they’ll escort you up the stairs to the second-floor dining room (there is also an elevator available).

There are all kinds of gorgeous details in the dining room — don’t forget to check out those classic bubble chandeliers!

The tables are set with napkins folded in Monsieur Paul’s iconic “Chef’s Jacket” pattern.

There’s a mixture of tables with chairs and booths in the dining room, and if you can score a seat at one of the tables by the windows, you’ll have a great view of the promenade outside. Even better, if you time your reservation right, you might be able to catch EPCOT’s fireworks show!

You’re looking for a fancy, signature dining experience. Each meal starts with a glass of champagne and progresses through five courses.

You love tasting menus and are a big “foodie.” Monsieur Paul boasts a high-end, French-inspired menu.

You want nice views while you dine in an upscale environment. The view is beautiful, the food is delectable, and the service is excellent at this Signature dining restaurant.

Skip this EPCOT restaurant if…

You’re not looking for fine dining while you’re at Disney World. The meal here is extremely upscale; if that’s not your vibe or what you’re looking for, you’ll definitely want to dine elsewhere.

You’re looking for a place to eat with young kids. Monsieur Paul is one of the few Disney World restaurants with an age restriction. Kiddos must be 10 and over.

You don’t want to adhere to a dress code when you’re in a theme park. Even though Monsieur Paul is located in a theme park, the restaurant requests that guests adhere to a dress code.

• The prix-fixe menu at Monsieur Paul is $195 (plus tax and gratuity).
• This is one of the quieter Disney World restaurants; children younger than 10 years old are not allowed to dine here.
• If you can snag a window seat, you may be able to view the evening fireworks if you time your visit accordingly.
• Even though Monsieur Paul is located in a theme park, the restaurant requests that guests adhere to the dress code, and you may find the details here.
•  If you need to cancel your reservations here, you must do so at least 72 hours in advance, or a $100-per-person cancelation fee will apply.
