Looks good. I wonder how the whole fish entree will go over. When I ran restaurants, we had to start cleaning the fish before serving it because the head and tail was grossing out the guests.

Looks good! Especially the Fishermen’s Stew and Red Snapper. Kudos to Kouzzina and Disney for serving a whole fish. 🙂 Yum!

The whole fish almost makes up for octopus not being on the menu.
The whole fish will most certainly give the typical Disney diner the howling fantods. My favorite sushi place, now defunct, which was also a fine Thai restaurant, use to put stylish garnishes of shaved carrots and radishes on the heads of their whole fish to protect the more easily discommoded.
Anyone want to take any bets on when the whole fish will be replaced by “fire grilled salmon?”

That fish looks good!

Thanks for all the comments! I’m so lucky @GoofyBeast took a photo of the whole fish!
I agree that this might be a difficult sell to many Disney guests (myself included, I’m afraid), but there are LOADS of Disney foodies out there who will enjoy the authenticity. And, as Dr. Soup mentioned, perhaps an artful “arrangement” over the eyes will be all it takes…
