We’re back with another delectable treat from Starring Rolls Cafe! I wish we had Smell-o-‘Puter, because these White Chocolate Chip Brownies are a-maz-ing.
This brownie is about the size of my fist (and I have monster giant hands), so the thing is massive — easily the size of two regular pan brownies. And while it’s not as “fancy schmancy” as some of the other “You Won’t Believe This!” Snacks, the pure chocolate taste will wow the dedicated chocoholics and sugar-fiends out there.
Once I carted the brownie out to the table at Starring Rolls, I had to “undress” it (it’s wrapped in brown pastry paper), which is a horrible thing for someone who wants to capture every bit of chocolate possible — some of it is inevitably going to end up on the wrapper, and it’s rude to lick the wrapper…right? 😉
I am a brownie lover, through and through. It’s like cake, but denser, and it still has frosting. There’s just no better concoction than that. Brownies are cake 2.0. So you can imagine how excited I was to dive into this one.
The smell was heavenly — a rich, heady, almost bitter-sweet chocolate. The taste was even better. As with the other Starring Rolls snacks, the “cake” portion was extremely moist, and the fudgy frosting was the perfect gooey-heavy texture. Spot on. The addition of the white chocolate chips gave a different flavor and texture to the brownie, and clearly made a huge difference in visual appeal.
Again, as with the other snacks in this series, this one is not for the faint of heart. If you don’t like chocolate, or if you aren’t a fan of rich or sugary snacks, this isn’t for you. But if you’re ready to take the plunge that is the White Chocolate Chip Brownie, I say welcome to the club!
By the way, this is all yours for the low, low price of $3.29…or a snack credit from your Disney Dining Plan. Woo! Who’s buyin’?

That looks so good! I want one right now! Thanks for the review.

How did I overlook this bad boy? Clearly Disney has some evil genius working behind the scenes who uses his/her talents for desserts.
Christina says
Do they deliver?
Allison says
I have been eyeing the cupcakes that you feature on your blog!! We will be in Disney in a week and I cannot wait to try one! How awesome is it that it counts as a snack credit? A huge chocolately cupcake as a snack beats a bag of chips or soda in my book anyday!
James (Disneynorth) says
Great…. Now I have start a snack shopping list to go along with my regular shopping list!
1. Dole Whip Float
2. Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bar
3. Chocolate Peanut Butter cupcake (because peanut butter and chocolate DO go together!)
4. White Chocolate chip Brownie
Why do I have a feeling that I’m going to have to lose 30 pounds instead of 20 pounds that I planned to lose before my trip…..
AJ says
Maumee Mom — Hey there!! Thanks for the comment 🙂 I want one right now, too!
Matt — See, the cupcakes are showy and grab all the attention…the brownies are the silent, stealth ones in the bunch!
Christina — I doubt they deliver, but you can always buy more to bring home!
Allison — I wonder which one you’ll choose to try!
James — I think we should combine the Mickey bar with the monorail crawl!
Jo says
I’m not a huge fan of white chocolate, but brownies are my absolute weakness! This is on the list for the next trip! Thanks for making me hungry, AJ!

You’re making the waiting for August really hard!! We’ve planned a Fantasmic night, and with the snacks you keep showing my daughter wants to get one of each and eat those for dinner while we wait! Sounds like a plan to me.
Michele says
AJJJJJJJJJJ!
Whatyda doing to meeeeeee??? LOL!
I’m not a chocolate chocolate person, but place some white chocolate and I’m THERE!
Yup, definitely adding that to my “to-do” list. I’m booked to go back in mid-October for F&W! 😉

Oh. My. Gawd! I’m going to need to book another trip to Disney just to get one of these. I’m a chocoholic so that looks amazingly good!
Nancy says
I am literally drooling all over my computer keyboard, how bad is that? 🙂 AJ I have learned to read your posts AFTER meals, it dulls the pain a bit. I am so seriously getting one of these on our next trip….and am NOT sharing lol!

I wish I was going to Disney Hollywood Studios multiple times during my trip! Unfortunately, it will only be once, and your blogs about their cupcakes have won my stomach….I mean heart. I have to make sure we make it to Starring Rolls before they close at 4pm, I AM DETERMINED TO GET MY WHITE CHOCOLATE FIX!
AJ says
Jo — No worries. They have the same brownie with mini M&Ms, too!!!
kp — That’s awesome! You guys are going to have sick little tummies, but sometimes that’s the cost of a good thing 😉
Michele — Where/when are you staying in October?! Will you be there when I’m there?
Shayne — Yes, my friend, yes indeed! Time to book another trip…
Nancy — Imagine how bad it would have been if you had smell-o-‘puter!!
TJ — YES! Get there before 4pm! Great point! IMHO, breakfast is the best time for a sugary cupcake. 😉

“Undressing” one’s cupcake may be the best description EVER!
AJ says
Ha! Thanks, Chris. 😉 Food is undoubtedly a sensory AND sensual experience at times…
Joe says
That looks crazy good! I’ll be noting this one for our next trip.
AJ says
Joe! So good to see you! Yes, definitely put that on your list. When’s your next trip?
Melissa says
I got this brownie on my last trip to WDW in the fall and it is AMAZING. Get this treat. It’s soooo delicious. The white chocolate chips, chocolate ganache, and chocolatey brownie are the perfect combination. Also, is it bad that technically I ate this brownie for breakfast on my trip?? My mouth is watering just remembering it!
AJ says
Melissa — No way! I always eat those things for breakfast. Gotta sugar up for the day!!
Chris Mushrush says
Between this and the 50’s PTC post you’ve recently done, I have a bad feeling that I’m going to find most of the weight I’ve recently lost when we hit the Studios in a couple of months.
AJ says
Mush — Don’t even get me started on Brown Derby…!!
Ness says
Omgosh…..this looks sooo amazing!
Makes me wanna hop on a plane and get out there to Florida to get one, but I’m closer to Disneyland!
I wonder if they have something like this there….
I’m definitely gonna have to find out!
Lisa says
I remember having this at Starring Rolls back in august and I cannot lie: it was incredible!!! Makes me hungry just thinking about it 😀
Kristina says
I’m going to have to get one, but it is going to be so hard to choose the brownie over the Butterfinger cupcake.
