The 2011 Epcot Food and Wine Festival seminars and demonstrations will surely be fantastic this year! These events are low in cost (or free!), and are held at the Festival Welcome Center in Epcot’s Future World (the old Wonders of Life Pavilion).
Booking will be available for most events on August 16th.
Discounted pricing is available for Tables in Wonderland members, Annual Passholders, and DVC members on seminars scheduled from Monday-Thursday. Members must call Disney Dining when booking to get the discount, and booking for all low-cost events opens on August 12th for these groups ONLY. Details are subject to change.

Culinary Demonstrations
Price: $11 and $13 (TiW members, AP holders, DVC members pay $9 and $11 M-Th). Theme Park admission required.
When: daily: 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m.
During these 45-minute culinary demos, guests will learn valuable tips from professional chefs and wine presenters. Chefs will create one of their own dishes in a show kitchen on stage. Enjoy taste-testing the finished dish and sipping the wine pairing!

Wine and Beverage Seminars
When: Daily 12, 2, and 4pm
Price: $10 & $12 (TiW members, AP holders, DVC members pay $8 and $10 M-Th). Theme Park admission required.
During these 45-minute beverage seminars, you’ll get to meet beverage experts, learn some new tips, and yes, even sample the featured wines or beverages. Salut!

Join scent critic Chandler Burr for a unique double-culinary experience—a meal made entirely of scents! You’ll also get to taste one of the courses, prepared by a Disney chef.

Cranberry Bog <– New for 2011!
Right before you enter the World Showcase, stop and enter the Epcot Food and Wine Festival’s Cranberry Bog! Recreating a cranberry harvest, you’ll learn about the agricultural heritage, the harvesting process and the history of the cranberry! You’ll also be able to sample Craisins Dried Cranberries!

Savor the start of a new Food and Wine day or visit in the evening as you wind down from the festivities! The cafe will offer a wine bar as well as cheese and light snacks.

The Cellar
