You’ll see all of the colors and textures mentioned in our Food and Wine Festival Preview review. But it seems as though the content on the site is still from the 2010 Festival. We’ve been told that the site will be updated fully by August 12th.

Hi, do we think they will publish a schedule of the low cost demos soon. I think I’m most excited about those…those and the Italian dessert/wine pairing thing…oh, and using snack credits to eat around the world…I guess there’s a lot to be excited about

Festival details have certainly trickled in this year 🙁 I’ll be anxious to see some merchandise!

Leann — Your best bet is to contact the Disney World Special Diets phone number or email address once the Festival has begun to get this info. They didn’t publish the info last year; we were just lucky enough to get the info that one of our readers requested from Disney special diets.
Why do they have an official page? Everything is on Disney.go.com…and this is still not filled out w/ less than 2 wks to the start of the festival. I do think it’s enough on Disney website or FB pages! 😉
