Disney Food for Families columnist Erin Foster is our Vinylmation guru, too! Check out these cute new food Vinylmation figures and ear hats!
We’ve covered the world of foodie Vinylmation several times in the past, from a Rice Krispie create-your-own to sushi and, of course cupcakes.
Since then, there have been some additions to the Vinyl food world. The Urban 7 series of Vinylmation figures was released in July. I couldn’t resist adding this spaghetti and meatballs figure to my buffet of food-themed Vinylmations.
Isn’t it adorable? Makes me think of Lady and the Tramp about to smooch.
If you’re a Vinylmation collector with a fondness for food themes, you should also add the cookies and milk Vinyl/hat combination to your collection. This is also from the Urban 7 series and comes with a decorative hat box, hat, 3″ chocolate milk Vinylmation, and a mystery Vinylmation junior figure. Mine was a teeny chocolate chocolate chip cookie with a bite out of the ear.
This set is similar to the Cutesters Too donut hat/Vinyl combination box and the Urban 6 bubble gum machine hat/Vinyl combination box. While these are all limited edition pieces, I did see both the cookie and donut hats recently available at Downtown Disney’s D-Street at Walt Disney World. Yummy!
If you’re not satisfied with those treats, it looks like upcoming Vinylmation releases will include more food items, notably pieces themed with characters from the late great Kitchen Kabaret attraction at Epcot. Check out this artwork for the broccoli figure. I can’t to see the finished figure!
Veggie, Veggie, Fruit, Fruit!!

Those mickey ears are SO cute! I have to have the donut ears! Unfortunately I don’t think that will ever happen, too bad they’re limited edition! 🙁

Am i the only one who doesn’t get the whole”vinylmation” craze? Don’t get me wrong, I adore all things Disney. But I just don’t like the vinylmation stuff.
