The Portugal booth is the place to go for calamari this year; and don’t forget that there will be a wine bar right next door to this booth!

Aloha! No plans to see Aulani any time soon? Then stop by the Hawaii booth in Epcot for Tuna Poke! Note the thatched roof and lava-rock walls on this one. 🙂

Try the ropa vieja with rice, and jerk-spiced chicken with mango salsa at the Caribbean booth!! I love how this one looks just like the Caribbean Beach Resort!

We’ll be there on the 29th. I’ve been hearing about possible booth soft openings that day. What do you think? Fingers crossed!
Hey Marianne! I’m FULLY intending to be there on the 29th. Many of the booths will open on that day (at least they have the past two years!) as a dry run for the rest of the festival!

Wohoo let the countdown begin. I can’t wait for Brazil & Argentina’s booths. I’m also looking forward to a Cannoli in Italy and Flan in Mexico. We’ll be there starting Oct. 6th.
I CAN NOT wait!!! 35 days to go! I think France might be my first stop, last year that had a fun pink drink!! My fav.!
So excited! I seriously cannot wait to go again this year! France is my top booth this year, can’t wait for that Cosmo Slush and the new Coq au Vin sur gratin de macaroni.
I’ll be there in 56 days. I can’t wait.
