NAPA ROSE here I come. I do not eat eggs because of reactions, do NOT eat turtle, avoid oysters because me no like. I think I rather go to Napa Rose and do counter or even just sit in the lounge. For that price I can have a chef customize the menu to my diet and dislikes. Last time for less than the above meal I did field greens salad, dessert that was yummy, and duck confit with persimmon coulis, fall veggies, wild rice, and a to die for sweet tater and carrot puree. Plus I am sure I won’t get sick at Napa Rose, they spoil me. Nico works there and his cousin Nick is at Steakhouse 55 which is another top restaurant.
