Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen’s Beer Dinner
A Karl Strauss Brewing Company Beer Dinner will be held at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen on Thursday, May 24, at 6 pm in Disneyland’s Downtown Disney district.
The menu created by Chef Darrin Finkel will include Beer Battered Alligator Bites, Red Trolley Braised Oxtail, BBQ Oysters, Blackened Mahi Mahi, Andouille & Pretzel Crusted Gulf Shrimp, Drunken Pork Tenderloin, and Caramel Bread Pudding. Beer pairings will include Red Trolley, Woodie Gold, Wind & Sea Hefeweizen, Amber Lager, Pintail Pale Ale, and Wreck Alley Imperial Stout.
