What Epcot Food and Wine Festival feature are you most looking forward to?
Nikki says
My trip may be 108 days away, but I am so excited to eat & drink around the world!!!
Dana says
Oh, I’m so excited! 🙂 We are those people that will literally hit every single booth during our trip, so we can try everything (spread out over several days, of course!). I’m thinking we should try one of the seminars or food tastings, though, this year. The food pairings at Italy sound fantastic – maybe I’ll look into those. 🙂
Paula says
Any idea what the difference will be between the 2 reserved seatings for the PFTS? We’ve never been and are really looking forward to it! Just not sure which tier to aim for!
AJ says
Paula — The first reserved seat is just that — a reserved seat. The second means that you’ll be in the Wine View Lounge, which includes specialty drinks and food items, and other little extras.
Jen says
Any word on the dessert party dates/prices? I’m hoping it’ll be more in line with my budget than party for the senses.
AJ says
Jen — Not yet. Usually, though, the dessert party has been much more in line price-wise! It will be on select Friday nights, and my guess is $60-80 this year.
Jen says
AJ – Thanks! I just can’t believe how slow they’ve been about releasing the schedule. I fear I’ll probably end up missing most of the events because we had to go ahead and make our ADRs, y’know? Makes planning ahead awfully difficult.
Kari Ann says
Hi Jen,
The Festival does not usually announce dates on events until the end of July/early August so more details should be coming soon. The dessert party is a lot of fun, we went 2 years ago. Last year it sold out too fast for us!
Zoe says
We go in 105 days. Our first trip in ‘off-peak’ season (more used to trips in the height of summer July/August).
We’re coming over from the UK for our ‘Disneymoon’ and we cannot wait. Especially for the Food & Wine Festival!!!!
Rich says
We are attending the F&W Fest for the second time and are really excited about attending the PFTS. My wife is a celiac so requires gluten-free selections. Does anyone that has attended previously know if there are many gluten-free choices ?
Thanks
Kristina says
I live in NJ….so if anyone wants to either kidnap me or package some food home…..I will forever be grateful.
…just let me know about the kidnapping part beforehand.
AJ says
Rich — Great question! I didn’t check this out previously, but I’ll ask around. You should contact Disney Special Diets to see if they can get detailed information for you before your trip!
Ann says
Anyone else think that it is ridiculous that the seminars have not been announced yet. It is less then 3 week from booking. I wanted to wait and book my trip when I saw what celebrities would be there so I can go to my favorites’ seminars but it is just too late for that. Flights from my home airport are booking up. Plus if I wanted to do dining reservations, there is no way I would get what I wanted this late. 🙁 I am frustrated!!!

I recieved my passholder info today. I looked at the entertainment schedule at the America’s. I noticed that Supertramps-Roger Hodgson is not scheduled this year.
Of all the many years my family and I enjoyed the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot, I am disappointed that promotion did not have Roger return this year.
The past two years were the best shows I’ve seen with Roger Hodgson’s performances. He truely entertained the people there, even in the rain.
Lately I’ve been disappointed in the musical choices for the F and W event, Roger was a decent change. I guess there’s always next year…
