Amie says
I was wondering if there was a way to create a checklist of items that I want to try that would show which booth they were in? A checklist would make it easy to remember where everything was.
AJ says
Amie — We have all of the booth menus listed here in the book, so it would be very easy to create a checklist of things you want to try! And the Food and Wine Bundle mentioned above comes with several planning worksheets in the DFB Guide to Walt Disney World Dining that would make it easy to keep track of the items you want to sample. Also, once you get to the Festival, you can pick up a Marketplace Passport for free at the Festival Center — this is a great way to keep track of where everything is.

Purchases made!! Wondering if I should wait until I’m less full from dinner before reading…
Theresa says
Got mine!! Thanks AJ! Can’t wait to dive into it!!
AJ says
Amie — I hope you love it! Thanks so much for your support!
Becca — WOO!!! Can’t wait to hear what you think, my friend!
Theresa — That’s awesome!! Dive into it is right — there’s so much info! I wasn’t kidding about the fact that I’m already using it myself to plan my trip!
Dawn says
I know for 2011, you had gluten free information on your blog. Will you have that for 2012, and will it be in the ebook?
Also, is that information in your other dining guides?
Thanks!
AJ says
Dawn — We have some tentative gluten-free info in the Mini-Guide to the 2012 Epcot Food and Wine Festival e-Book, but it’s very difficult to determine recipes and contamination possibilities before the festival begins. Also, during the festival it can be difficult for chefs to tell you without a doubt that the food is 100% gluten free due to some on-stage preparation.
In our DFB Guide to Walt Disney World Dining, we have a section on gluten-free dining with links to great information.
