Starting November 19, 2012, enjoy an enchanted meal surrounded by the lush decor of the Beast’s Castle in the Beauty and the Beast area of the New Fantasyland.
Guests will be able to dine counter-service (fast food) for lunch and table-service (sit-down) for dinner, experiencing one of three magical dining rooms: the West Wing, which houses the “enchanted rose”; the Rose Gallery, featuring larger-than-life figures of Belle and Beast; and the sparkling Ballroom with gorgeous chandeliers and even snow falling outside the massive windows.

DVC members – call thru the DVC member line, I was on hold for less than 15 minutes. The CM was so nice. Bon appetit!

I dialed for 2 hours straight and received various messages…Your call cannot be completed as dialed, etc. Finally got a reservation for our 1st night @ WDW after bring on hold for 8 minutes through DVC! So excited!!!

After over 2 1/2 hours & 200+ attempts, I finally got straight through to an agent. We’re eating dinner rather early at 4.10pm, but at least my DD13 (to be DD14) will get to have her birthday dinner in beast’s castle. So very very glad AJ sent out the email update to let us know of the change in time for reservations opening – I would’ve been rather cranky if I set the alarm for 2am, then spent the 2 1/2 hours dialling, only to find they’re fully booked.

After abt an hour and a half of calling, I’m happy to say we finally have ressies for early January. I got the automated system and didn’t have any problems. Don’t give up!! Wishing everyone much pixie dust. Congrats to everyone who was able to score!
Lynne says
I just got through. Hearing that little chime was so nice. Ha.
Anyway, I had no problem booking for the evening of December 17th. Good luck to everyone else! I probably called for about two hours, too.
Rachel says
Been calling since they opened this morning and still no luck!!

darn it! my 180 booking window doesn’t open until this weekend…it’s KILLING me! I hope I’ll be able to get in for one of the days on my February trip. Thankfully though, by the time my window opens, I’ll be able to book BoG online and not have to call over and over. I will definitely be online the second I’m eligible though!
Jenn says
Thank you, Melissa! I couldn’t get through on 407-WDW-DINE at all, but managed to snag a reservation calling through the DVC line just now. So excited!
Tammy says
Thanks Disney for changing the time!!! Why would I think to check after you posted the time! I have been waiting to call and realize now it opened up 5 hours ago. I set 4 alarms for nothing! I am so upset and want to cancel my trip!
Debbie says
My husband has been calling since 7 am and still cannot get thru the WDW Dining. Any suggestions for another call #. We are coming down for 10 nts right after Thanksgiving Nov 26 to be there etc.
Thank you.

Called with nonstop repeat dialing on two phones for half hour when it first opened, then intermittently for 3 more hours after that (had to go to work!) and finally got the automated system. Was on for less than 5 minutes and had my choice of times for January 18 and booked.
Kristin says
I just made a January reservation with the automated system — they didn’t ask me for a CC #. I have a confirmation number, does this mean it is officially reserved or is the lack of a CC# going to mean it isn’t?
AJ says
Kristin — If you did not give a cc number, it’s best to call back and have them modify it for you with a cc number.

Hey all just read on Facebook that if you did not speak to a real person and give credit card info…you reservations will be cancelled….so make sure they got your Credit Card info for the reservations….if not you guys will have to call back….
Lynne says
Yup. I heard the same. I went through the automated system and have a confirmation number, but did not give my credit card number. I’m waiting to speak to someone right now.
Lynne says
I really hope my reservation doesn’t get cancelled. 🙁
Tara says
Well I tried every few minutes or so for 5 hours and then called the 407-939-7675 number and got the automated system after 4 or 5 tries. Everything from December 7th to 13 is booked….I even waited on hold for 30 minutes to talk to a live person to confirm that. He did say that reservations without a credit card # will be cancelled after midnight tonight, so if you call in today and provide the info, you should be fine. Meanwhile, I’m pretty heartbroken about it. I’ve been watching and waiting for months for the reservations to open up.
Lynne says
I’m all set! I called 407-939-2625 and got through after a few tries, and only had to wait a few minutes to talk to someone. They had to transfer me to their help department, but it only took a couple of minutes to get my credit card added. My new confirmation number is all set, too.

Got mine. Called DVC membership line. 15 minutes on hold
Debbie says
My husband and I tried all day for our stay in wk of Nov 26 thru Dec 6 and it’s all booked. We’re retired (recently just retired) and coming down to celebrate our retirement (his 25 yrs from UPS and my 33 yrs plus from my school district in NJ) Needless to say the restaurant is book the entire time but thankfully I had my reservations of other places to dine booked. Unfortuately we’ll have to wait until all the madness dies down after 2014 sometime when the New Fantasyland is completed.
Joni says
SO MAD!!!! At the Vero Beach Resort and did not check email
Tried calling in on the line they said to use 407 and of course got nothing.
Did not know you could use DVC and did not know about the time change. aaaarrrrggghhh!!!!!!
Guess I will take my chances at the walk up :((((
Laurie says
I think this point has already been addressed, but I called early (automated) booked my reservation and received a confirmation number. (It took an hour and a half to get through). When I heard there was a chance it would be cancelled, I called back (another hour) and spoke to someone. Glad to say that I have a new number and my reservation is set. Hope it works out for everyone else, but for those who are going and haven’t got a reservation…don’t forget that it’s a quick service during the day!
