You’ll find the signature Monsieur Paul Restaurant — a fitting tribute to Chef Paul Bocuse — in EPCOT’s France pavilion located upstairs from Les Chefs de France.
Monsieur Paul replaced Bistro de Paris in the pavilion when it opened in 2013. One of Disney’s most critically acclaimed restaurants, Bistro de Paris was the brainchild of three of France’s most decorated chefs: Paul Bocuse, Roger Verge, and the late Gaston Lenotre; and Monsieur Paul continues to follow in its footsteps with a high-end, French-inspired menu.
Each meal starts with a glass of champagne (for of-age guests) and then progresses through five courses with The Gastronomic Meal of The French.
The view is beautiful, the food is delectable, and the service is excellent at this Signature dining restaurant.
