UPDATED May 22, 2024
After a long day on the range, there’s nothing better than coming home to a hearty — and affordable! — meal. Come to think of it, there’s nothing better than starting out a long day with the same!
Previously a Table Service restaurant featuring a full buffet, Trail’s End has been entirely transformed. In July of 2023, Trail’s End debuted its NEW serving style and menu items, featuring a market concept with Quick Service items (including meals to serve the whole family!) along with both hot and chilled Grab-and-Go eats. You’ll even find hand-scooped ice cream and the famous Strawberry Shortcake made famous at Hoop-Dee-Dee Musical Revue!
Trail’s End Restaurant has long been a favorite among die-hard Disney fans (though it’s different from its original form these days following a 2023 makeover). While you will have to travel for this food (Fort Wilderness isn’t easy to get to unless you’re staying there), it’s worth it. And stick around to have a look at Fort Wilderness while you’re there — it’s one of Disney World’s original lodging centers and had Walt’s seal of approval. There’s a lot of history here…
