Epcot is starting to bloom for this year’s Epcot Flower and Garden Festival, which will be held March 6-May 19th! And we’ve UPDATED OUR FULL MENU!!!
And we’ve just updated our FULL Epcot Flower and Garden Festival Menu available at this year’s festival.
Don’t forget to check out the FOOD PHOTOS featuring some of the goodies that can be found at the TWELVE specialty food marketplaces this year!
The Epcot Flower and Garden festival menu items are sure to be crowd-pleasers, and we’re excited to see the food booths and topiaries already popping up around the Showcase…
Many of these booths — OK, ALL of the booths — are going to look very familiar to those of us who attend the Epcot Food and Wine Festival!
In Mexico, we’re headed for a margarita along with some yummy tacos. What will you try? The Jardin De Fiestas Mexico booth will offer: Crab Tostadas with Chipotle Aioli and Valentina Salsa: Pork Tacos served over flour tortilla and topped with Cactus leaves, Tamarind and Traditional Mexican Herbs; Guava Flan; Rosita Margarita (YES, please!); an Organic Tequila Flight; and Mexican Beer. Olé!
China’s Lotus House has an assortment of temptations in store for us, including: Beijing-Style Candied Strawberries; Spring Pancake with Grilled Chicken and Green Apple; Taro-Bacon Puff Pastry; Bubble Teas – non alcoholic; Fruit Beverage Cocktail; and Chinese Beer.
In the United Kingdom, The Cottage boasts savories, trifles, and tea! Now, which item will we try first? The menu includes: Potato, Chive and Cheddar Cheese Biscuit with Smoked Salmon Tartare and Sour Cream; Baked Goat’s Brie with Kumquat Chutney; Waterkist Farms Heirloom Tomatoes with house-made Mozzarella, Minus 8 Vinegar and Basil; Trio of Trifles (Chocolate, Berry, Ginger and Tea); Assorted Hot & Iced Teas; Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine; and Rose Blush Lemonade – non alcoholic.
Mark your calendars now — we hope to see you there!! And don’t forget to check out the FULL FLOWER AND GARDEN FESTIVAL MENU (updated just yesterday!) here!

Oh my! I wish they had a gluten free item list! It all just sounds so yummy and we have the deluxe plan – so lots of snacks…

China would be my first stop if I could make it this year: Candied strawberries?! Pancake with chicken and apple?! Puff pastry with taro and bacon?! These sound amazing! I know they are potentially disgusting experiments, but I applaud them for trying and I wish I could taste them!

Will the food items be available as Snack Credits on the Disney Dining Plan? Will anything be available as Quick Service?
AJ says
Lise — Hopefully they’ll do a gluten free menu soon!
Jaia — I know!! Doesn’t it sound amazing?
AValentine — Yes — they’ll be snack credits on the Disney Dining Plan! 🙂

Do you know where I can find the nutrional information for the food at the festival and the parks? I’m on weight watchers and want to make sure I’m still working hard while on vacation.

I am going to need a wheelchair to get me back to my resort after! So pumped.

Who says Epcot isn’t fun for kids (Not anyone here!) Just yesterday we announced our trip and the kids are over the moon about the Flower and Garden Festival, and we the parents are stoked for the Food Booths!
Wanda B. says
Any chance they will have a preview or soft opening before March 6th? We are scheduled to leave the day before and I am bummed we are going to miss this.
Nicky says
Has there been any word if there will be a cookbook offered like at F&W with some of the featured recipes?
Tami says
Is there a recipe compilation of the food in the market booths? I would love to recreate them back home.
