I’m excited to share another new addition to the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World with you today!!
We shared the scoop on the new Root Beer Slush at Pecos Bill’s a couple of weeks ago, and now guest favorite Tomorrowland counter-service spot Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe has a new beverage — an Orange Slush!
This is awesome news for those of us who loved the orange slush over at Sunshine Tree Terrace during the short time that it was available. I hope this one is just as good!
Served with whipped cream, the slush is currently priced around $3.69. It’s tart orange flavor is sweetened with a little bit of added whipped cream. This melds the flavors together so the drink resembles a creamsicle! Yum.
So far, the beverage seems very popular. According to cast members, 511 Orange Slushes were sold on the first day of its availability.
Thanks to DFB Reader Mike for the heads up and review!
Will you be trying the Orange Slush or have you spotted any other new beverages in Disney parks? Let us know in the comments below!

Oooh that looks de-lish. I miss the orange slush at Sunshine Tree Terrace so this is definitely on my ‘to try’ list in September, it’ll make stopping by for some plastic cheese an extra top priority.
Love the creamsicle-ness of it, but also hoping it’s available without the cream topping for those of us who sometimes like it extra tart.
And hooray, for it being cream and not the ubiquitous foam. =P

I agree with Rune – I hope this is available without the whipped cream! If you can get it that way, then I’m definetely trying it!

Yes, I would prefer a nice, thirst quenching, citrus-ie, orange drink to a cream drink. I’d like to hear more comments from DFB members who have tried this before I would get it. I’d rather have cold water when it’s hot as aposed to something just creamy and sweet.
Essie says
Sorry, I meant ‘apposed’.

I love the frozen sunshine at B&C, and was hoping it would have a similar taste. But it was more tart & tasted more like orange juice than I was hoping.
