Latest 2014 Epcot Food and Wine Festival News and Updates
2014 Epcot Food and Wine Festival World Showcase Booths
Over 25 marketplace booths will be set up on the promenade around Epcot’s World Showcase Lagoon.
A new Patagonia Booth will be unveiled this year! This marketplace will feature flavors from Argentina and Chile, including fresh, sustainable roasted Verlasso salmon, quinoa salad, and arugula chimichurri.
Watch for new menu items at multiple marketplace booths! To quench your thirst, champagne, cocktails, and “mocktails” will be on marketplace menus.
The Farm Fresh Marketplace will replace the Florida Fresh booth. At Farm Fresh, guests will be treated to a new “Bacon and Eggs” dish featuring applewood-smoked, pepper-coated bacon, sweet corn, potatoes, Hollandaise, and pickled jalapeños.
The returning Brazil Marketplace will feature Moqueca de Pescado — a fresh tilapia dish featuring coconut lime sauce and steamed rice. Also look for the return of Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans, Onions, Avocado, and Cilantro as well as Xingu Black Beer. And we absolutely love the Cocada — Brazilian Coconut Candy!
The free Marketplace Discovery Passport will also return this year. And new for 2014 — gluten free items will be noted! Be sure to get your stamps at each international marketplace!
2014 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Special Events
From signature dinners to galas, culinary demonstrations to mixology and wine seminars, several high-end Special Events will be offered at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival this year!
New in 2014, try out a dinner featuring Walt Disney’s culinary favorites, a foodie “Boot Camp Series” (this will include epicurean experiences for your “inner chef”), and a Friday morning celebrity chef nosh-and-chat cookbook event, “Food for Thought”!
Party for the Senses grand tasting events return again this year on select Saturday nights. Over 50 wines and beers will be featured along with delicious bites.
Sweet Sundays will be reinvented this year as “Sunday Mornings with…” – a plated brunch starring an acclaimed pastry chef or baker crafting three favorite desserts for sampling.
Back again this year as well is the Parisian Breakfast!
2014 Celebrity Chefs
Celebrity Chefs bring extra excitement to the festival. Chefs returning and debuting are Warren Brown, Rock Harper, Jennifer Hill Booker, Erika Davis, Paula DaSilva, Gale Gand, Dana Herbert, Jamie Deen, Jerome Brown, Dean Max, “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro, Allen Susser, Duskie Estes, and John Stewart. Look for your favorite chef during culinary demos and premium events. Over 270 Disney and visiting chefs will participate in this year’s festival!
2014 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Welcome Center
Free with Epcot admission will be the Festival Center Back to Basics series.
Eat to the Beat Concerts
Throughout the Epcot Food and Wine Festival, popular bands from the 80s and 90s take the stage at the American Gardens Theater in the American Adventure Pavilion to share some of their greatest hits with the crowds! These concerts are free with Epcot admission, and take place three times per evening.

Chase VIP Lounge
Visa Cardmembers will receive access to the Chase Lounge during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival presented by Chase. You and your guests can relax while enjoying a beverage in a private lounge at the American Adventure pavilion overlooking World Showcase. For access, just present your Visa Card.
Free with Epcot Admission
Free with Epcot admission will be the Festival Center Back to Basics series (my guess is that this is a re-naming of the standard free seminars at the center), special book signings, Eat to the Beat concerts, cultural adventures, Marketplace Discovery Passport, and all attractions and park entertainment. Festival hours will extend to 10pm on weekends!
