Sneak Peek! New Epcot Food and Wine Festival Menu Item PHOTOS!
I did get the chance to try a couple of the new (and returning) items for this year! Take a look!
Patagonia Booth — NEW This Year
Featuring flavors from Argentina and Chile, the Patagonia booth debuts at the Festival in 2014. We got the chance to sample the Verlasso Salmon with Quinoa Salad and Arugula Chimi Churri!
Puerto Rico — Returning This Year!
We’re so glad Puerto Rico is back!!
We got the chance to try the new Sweet Corn Sorullitos with Mayo Ketchup…
…and the Carne Guisada con Arroz Blanco!
And the Sangriiia Cocktail!
Scotland Booth
The Scotland booth returns in 2014!
A new menu item debuts this year — the Sea Scallop with Spinach Cheddar Gratin and Crispy Bacon.
We’ll also see the return of the vegetarian haggis!
Brazil Booth
We’re so glad to see the Brazil booth return to the festival this year.
While the Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans, Onions, Avocado, and Cilantro is making back on the menu, we got to try the Pao de Queijo — Brazillian Cheese Bread!
Farm Fresh
The Farm Fresh booth is a new addition this year, and I was super excited to try the Nueske’s Pepper Bacon Hash with Sweet Corn, Potatoes, Hollandaise, and Pickled Jalepenos!
Terra
The all-vegan booth, Terra, is back this year featuring a “CraB’less CraB Cake” with Pepper Slaw and Cajun Remoulade featuring Gardein.
You’ll also find Paperboy Red wine at this booth.
Greece Booth
, of course, is back!
This time around, they’ve updated the menu with a Vegetarian Moussaka. The dish includes onion, mushroom, and soy.
South Africa
Once again, the South Africa Booth joins the line-up!
We sampled the Bobotie with Turkey and Mushrooms! Spicy!
Hawaii
Of COURSE Hawaii is back!
This time, we tried the Aulani Sunset!
Hops and Barley
The Hops and Barley booth is a staple at the Festival!
I couldn’t wait to try the Carrot Cake with Craisins and Cream Cheese Icing!
Refreshment Port
While the Refreshment Port is open year-round, I love that they’re showcasing one of my favorite menu items this year at the Festival.
The Cronut! Not loving that this is actually a tiny Cronut hole, but… alas.
Dole Whips
Dole Whips are back
at the Festival this year, and they’re PINEAPPLE! We’ve been assured that the orange version will be replaced with Pineapple this year. Stay tuned for more info!
From Bean to Bar
The Chocolate Experience: From Bean to the Bar
by Ghirardelli will be returning to the Festival Center! And with this walkthrough tour, guests can also sample chocolates and purchase that amazing gourmet drinking chocolate!
Eat to the Beat Dinner Packages Introduced!
Because seating for the Eat to the Beat Concert Series is first-come, first-served, Disney is offering a brand new opportunity to guarantee your seat for all your favorite acts this year!
New for 2014, pair your Eat to the Beat Concert experience with lunch or dinner at your favorite Epcot restaurant and enjoy a guaranteed seat for the show!
Eat to the Beat Package Dining Times
- 5:30pm show: Lunch meal times TBD
- 6:45pm show: Dinner meal times TBD
- 8:00pm show: Dinner meal times TBD
Eat to the Beat Dining Package Details
The package includes your choice of an appetizer, entree, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverage, or 1 full buffet from the chosen restaurant’s menu.
Prices exclude tax and gratuity, and park admission is not included.
Eat to the Beat Dining Packages and the Disney Dining Plan
Guests can use the Disney Dining Plan to pay for the packages.
Standard Disney Dining Plan and Deluxe Disney Dining Plan – 2 table service credits per person for any meal/restaurant

2014 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Event Booking Dates and Details
Bookings will begin for all special events on July 31st, at 7am ET. ALL booking for VIP events and tickets (e.g. premium levels at the Party for the Senses) must be booked by phone. Booking for some special events will be available at epcotfoodfestival.com.
Holders of the Chase Disney Visa Card can book select Food and Wine Events on July 29th at 7am ET. A limited number of seats will be held for Chase Disney Visa Cardholders, so if your preferred event sells out on this date, call back on July 31st to get access to additional seats. To take advantage of the early booking opportunity, call (407) WDW FEST.

Epcot Food and Wine Festival Center Seminar and Demonstration Early Booking Details and Discounts
Great news about the Food and Wine Festival low-cost seminars and demos!
Booking for Tables in Wonderland members, Annual Passholders, DVC members, and Golden Oak residents begins July 25th at 9AM ET for seminars and demonstrations(including Mixology). Note that some guests had luck booking select special events last year during these early booking dates; your mileage may vary. Discounts ($2) will be offered for seminars and demonstrations Monday through Thursday only.
Booking for Chase Disney Visa Cardholders begins on July 29th at 7AM ET. Call 407-WDW-FEST to book.
Booking for all other events, and for the general public, will begin July 31st at 7AM ET. Call 407-WDW-FEST to book. Wine/Beverage Seminars will take place Daily at 12, 2, and 4PM. They will cost $15.

Mixology Seminars will take place Daily at 6PM. They will cost $15.

Other Epcot Food and Wine Festival Updates…
Here are a few details we wanted to be sure you knew about!
1.) The Chase Lounge will return to the American Adventure pavilion. This air conditioned hideaway is the perfect place for Chase Visa Cardholders to escape from the heat and the crowds. Treat yourself to complimentary beverages, charge your phone, and take a load off for a while!
2.) Gluten Free marketplace booth items will be noted on the Marketplace Passport this year!

In the past WVL and Reserved Seating for PFTS have gotten reserved seating at the Eat to the Beat concert that night. Is that no longer a perk of those bookings?

I’ve never been to this wonderful event, but with it starting earlier in September, I may be able to attend for the first time during my 2015 trip. Wow, the MNSSHP and this; I’m so excited already!

In order to take advantage of this reservation, they will be taking 2 dining credits, even if you are eating at a 1 credit restaurant?

All concert packages are 2 credits regardless of which restaurant, or whether the meal is lunch or dinner.
