One of our favorite spots in all of Disneyland is Jolly Holiday Bakery. We never get tired of looking through their pastry cases for something new to delight us!
And right now, they’re stepping up their game with some new, limited-time offerings.
Limited Time Offerings at Jolly Holiday Bakery
Jolly Holiday obviously has a Mary Poppins theme, and this adorable Spoonful of Sugar offers a lot of flavor AND visual interest in one bite!
The treat includes pâte à choux, chocolate caramel ganache, sprinkles, chocolate pastry cream, dark chocolate, white chocolate, a tiny penguin made from sugar, and marshmallows! Whew! That’s a LOT of detail!
If you love the looks of this little guy, you better get to Disneyland quick — he’s only available August 22-31!
But there are several other pastries and desserts making a limited time appearance at Jolly Holiday Bakery. Look for these to stick around into September.
Get a load of this gorgeous Red Velvet Whoopie Pie!
Recently, our Dining in Disneyland columnist Heather Sievers showed us some of the other delicious new treats that are available now through September at Jolly Holiday. We fell in love with the Mickey-Shaped French Macarons.
The Passionfruit Macaron is sweet with more sweet, but we love the sparkly embellishment on top.
We much preferred the Raspberry Rose version with its balance of sweet and tart.
Moist and flavorful, we also gave the Pineapple Bundt Cake a thumbs up!
And the Blueberry Cheesecake embodies all the fresh flavor of Summer.
And if you love eclairs you have your choice between two different flavors: Banana Cream or Vanilla. We tried the Banana Cream version recently, and loved it!
In all there are more than a dozen new options to choose from. In addition to what we’ve shown you, look for a Meyer Lemon Strawberry Tart, Lemon Honey Cupcake, Orange Crème Brûlée, Chocolate Brownie Mousse, and an Oat Bran Muffin.
Who else is ready for a trip to Disneyland for a fieldtrip to Jolly Holiday??
So which is your favorite? Tell us what looks best to you in comments below!

Even though I’ll probably never get to DLR, 🙁 I love blogs about it and especially about the Jolly Holiday! I’d be tempted to eat the Pineapple Bundt Cake. I LOVE the Spoonful of Sugar, but who could eat it; it’s too cute!!!!

Hello!
I had the pineapple bundt cake a few weeks ago. The cake was pineapple flavored (yum), and was moist and sweet. However, I was hoping for a ‘true’ pinapple upside down cake, with carmelized sugar and pineapple just like my mom made. While the bundt cake was good, it wasn’t the classic pineapple upside down cake that I was hoping to experience.
My husband had the orange creme brulee, and I managed to snag a bite. It was very sweet and had a great orange flavor. He enjoyed it very much.
I think we will be in the parks this weekend…I may need a spoonful of sugar!

I’ll be there for my first visit next week!!! I am SO excited and am preparing to ‘suffer’ the sugar in the name of research! But it has to be a Matterhorn Macaroon first 🙂
Mike says
Oooh, Kelly! The Matterhorn Macaroon is amazing, enjoy! It is my favorite Disneyland treat.

I see dates for the spoonful of sugar but do the other treats have ending dates? I really want to try the orange crème Brule on my trip in September
AJ says
Margy — Not sure about the exact end date, just that the treats will be around into September. I hope you get a chance to try it — it sounds pretty delish! 🙂
