2015 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Coverage
Epcot Food and Wine Festival World Showcase Booths
Over 25 marketplace booths will be set up on the promenade around Epcot’s World Showcase Lagoon. Booth names and menus will be announced this Summer! Stay tuned to the Disney Food Blog Newsletter for immediate details when we have them!
We may see the return of the Patagonia Booth in 2015! This marketplace features flavors from Argentina and Chile, such as fresh, sustainable roasted Verlasso salmon, quinoa salad, and arugula chimichurri.
Watch for new menu items at multiple marketplace booths! To quench your thirst, champagne, cocktails, and “mocktails” will be on marketplace menus.
We are excited to confirm that the Hawai’i Booth will return in 2015! Here’s hoping the Kalua Pork Slider returns as well!
The Brazil Marketplace returned in 2014, featuring Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans, Onions, Avocado, and Cilantro as well as Xingu Black Beer. And we absolutely love the Cocada — Brazilian Coconut Candy!
The free Marketplace Discovery Passport will also return this year. In 2014 — gluten free items were noted! Be sure to get your stamps at each international marketplace!
Epcot Food and Wine Festival Special Events
From signature dinners to galas, culinary demonstrations to mixology and wine seminars, several high-end Special Events will be offered at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival this year!
New in 2014, guests could try out a dinner featuring Walt Disney’s culinary favorites, a foodie “Boot Camp Series” (this will include epicurean experiences for your “inner chef”), and a Friday morning celebrity chef nosh-and-chat cookbook event, “Food for Thought”!
Party for the Senses grand tasting events may return again this year on select Saturday nights. Over 50 wines and beers would be featured along with delicious bites.
Sweet Sundays became “Sunday Mornings with…” in 2014 and featured a plated brunch starring an acclaimed pastry chef or baker crafting three favorite desserts for sampling.
Celebrity Chefs
Celebrity Chefs bring extra excitement to the festival. Chefs returning and debuting in 2014 included Warren Brown, Rock Harper, Jennifer Hill Booker, Erika Davis, Paula DaSilva, Gale Gand, Dana Herbert, Jamie Deen, Jerome Brown, Dean Max, “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro, Allen Susser, Duskie Estes, and John Stewart. Look for your favorite chef during culinary demos and premium events. Over 270 Disney and visiting chefs will participate in this year’s festival!
Epcot Food and Wine Festival Welcome Center
Free with Epcot admission may be the Festival Center Back to Basics series.
Eat to the Beat Concerts
Throughout the Epcot Food and Wine Festival, popular bands from the 80s and 90s take the stage at the American Gardens Theater in the American Adventure Pavilion to share some of their greatest hits with the crowds! These concerts are free with Epcot admission, and take place three times per evening.

Chase VIP Lounge
Visa Cardmembers may receive access to the Chase Lounge during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival presented by Chase. You and your guests can relax while enjoying a beverage in a private lounge at the American Adventure pavilion overlooking World Showcase. For access, just present your Visa Card.
Free with Epcot Admission
Free with Epcot admission may be the Festival Center Back to Basics series (my guess is that this is a re-naming of the standard free seminars at the center), special book signings, Eat to the Beat concerts, cultural adventures, Marketplace Discovery Passport, and all attractions and park entertainment. Festival hours could again extend to 10pm on weekends!
Festival Merchandise
A full range of Festival merchandise will be available to commemorate your visit to the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. Items include apparel, glassware, kitchenware, magnets, all bearing logos of the Festival and its attractions. In addition, look for upscale collections as well, like designer handbags and Pandora Jewelry Charms. The charms will be available at World of Disney and the Marketplace Co-Op in Walt Disney World’s Downtown Disney.
