The 2015 Epcot Food and Wine Festival seminars and demonstrations, book signings, chef meet and greets, and other low-cost or free events always offer terrific opportunities to enhance your festival experience!

These events are held at the Festival Welcome Center in Epcot’s Future World (the old Wonders of Life Pavilion).

Epcot Food and Wine Festival Culinary Demos, Beverage Seminars, and Mixology Seminars

We finally have all of the details about these great events, and general booking will open Thursday, July 30, 2015.  Culinary Demos, Mixology Seminars, and Beverage Seminars will again be  $15 per person.

Tables in Wonderland members, Annual Passholders, Disney Vacation Club Members, and Golden Oak Residents will be eligible for a $2 discount (per person, per event) for beverage and mixology seminars and culinary demos taking place Monday through Thursday during the festival. These groups will also be able to book seminars and demos EARLY on July 24 at 9AM. Discounts are by phone only at 407-WDW-FEST (939-3378).

Many of these events, including seminars and demonstrations, take place in the Festival Welcome Center in Epcot’s Future World. Some exhibits and events will take place in other parts of the the park.

The Chocolate Experience: From Bean to the Bar

*Included with Epcot admission
When: 9AM – Park Close

Returning in 2015, this exhibit hosted by Ghirardelli Chocolate Company will be held in the Festival Welcome Center. This exhibit will include displays about how chocolate is made as well as chocolate sculptures from Disney pastry chefs. It’s a fun way to pass the time while waiting for your upcoming events. There will also be chocolate items available for purchase, including one of our favorites, Gourmet Drinking Chocolate! Plus, sample chocolates, select a wine and chocolate pairing, and shop for a bag of your favorite Ghirardelli Gourmet Chocolates.

Back to Basics Seminars

Turn ho-hum into YUM YUM! Back to Basics offers epicurean tips and tricks from the pros that may seem simple but can have a profound effect on your next dinner party.

Chat with celebrated authors and/or personalities! Don’t forget to bring your purchased merchandise for autographs. Please check the daily schedules for the latest information. For more details, visit the Festival Center Information Desk.

Note: You do NOT have to attend a culinary or beverage seminar or demo to participate in these meet and greet opportunities with chefs and beverage experts. However, you may need to arrive at the Festival Welcome Center early to get a wristband for meet and greets with well-known personalities. On the day of your chosen chef’s demo, be sure to check in at the center to see if you’ll need a wristband.

NEW for 2015! Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt

Also new for 2015 — everyone’s favorite rat chef Remy will be joining the party with
Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt!

Remy’s out to make his world-famous Ratatouille, but he needs YOUR help finding his ingredients! Similar to the Eggstravaganza hunt, guests can purchase a map and stickers at select Festival Center merch locations and then they’ll be on the lookout for Remy Statuettes throughout the countries of World Showcase. Bring back your completed map for a special surprise! The cost of the map and stickers is $7.95.

Cranberry Bog, Sponsored by Ocean Spray

After an absence in 2014, the Ocean Spray Cranberry Bog will once again return this year! Guests will once again have the opportunity to learn more about the history of cranberries and how this interesting crop is grown and harvested.

Chase VIP Lounge

Visa Cardmembers will receive access to the Chase Lounge during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival presented by Chase. You and your guests can relax while enjoying a beverage in a private lounge at the American Adventure pavilion overlooking World Showcase.

Marketplace Discovery Passport

Once again, you can pick up a Festival Marketplace Discovery Passport from the Festival Welcome Center to keep track of your progress Around the World.

As you travel World Showcase, remember to collect unique passport stamps from the Marketplaces that you visit. It’s a handy way to note your favorites!

Eat to the Beat Concert Series

The Eat to the Beat Concert Series continues to draw big crowds throughout the entire Festival. And in 2015, lots of new acts will debut in the line up! Look for Tiffany and Everclear to make their appearance this year for the first time. And the American Gardens Stage will welcome back fan favorites like Boyz II Men and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.
