I was at the food and wine festival at Epcot when I slipped and fell in vomit after exiting the test track ride. I endured 4 major back surgeries and a shoulder rotator cuff surgery. I took Disney to court and Disney was found to be 100% negligent because they knew the vomit was there and did not protect the area. Disney tried to make me out to be a liar and malingerer about my back pain. Disney dragged out the lawsuit for 7 years. But I prevaled !
Dana says
Thanks for the discount! Great info!
Tia says
Debbie, that is a horrible, horrible story. Falling and injuring your back is bad enough, but I would’ve been traumatized just to have fallen in vomit. That’s super duper gross.
Katie says
Woohoo the first news has arrived! Thanks AJ! Fingers crossed Hanson is there again this year haha!
Sue Jones says
I have been wait to see what the contents are for November when will they post it?
Rae says
Fingers crossed for Hanson!!!!!!! ⭐️
Murielle says
I am confused about the tickets. Do you pay to taste every food and wine ? Or is there a set price for all the food and wine tasting? How much are the tickets ?
Jim says
Guess who, elo, allen parsons
Brooke says
Murielle — The Epcot Food and Wine Festival takes place in the Fall, and Admission to the Festival, which includes some free demonstrations and events (including the Eat to the Beat Concerts) is included in the price of admission. However, food from the festival booths and special events, like Party for the Senses, are purchased separately. For more information, head over to our main Epcot Food and Wine Festival Page. There are lots of great resources there, including photos and prices from last year’s event. Good luck!
Brooke says
Sue — We usually start to see the earliest information right around this time. Stay tuned to DFB. We’re committed to bringing you all the latest Epcot Food and Wine Festival News!

Thanks so much for keeping an eye out and let us know if you see any others, and we’ll update! The full schedule should be announced any day now.

Debby, It could’ve been they got sick on the ride. Sorry you got hurt but it could have happened anywhere. Im sure Disney has some top of the line defense attorneys. They are paid to make you look like the bad guy. I slipped in water on the lobby floor and damn near killed myself. They offered their medical bit I declined. I love the place so much that I couldnt do it.
Lee brown says
Hurry up Disney! I want to know the full schedule for my trip in November! 😉 x
Stephanie says
Waiting for that Hanson date/announcement. The wait is killing me.
Alex Beatty says
I really enjoyed Night Ranger and Starship at Epcot. I hope one of them or even both come this year for the Food & Wine.
Kara says
I wish they would announce the official lineup so I can plan my trip! Anyone know when this might happen?
Wendy says
Brooke, we’ve been to WDW many times. However, this is our first time to the food & wine festival. We have been waiting for info to come out for this year. Tell me, what is Party for the Senses? Must see’s or do’s, in your opinion?
Mike Munson says
Wendy
The Party of the Sense is good, as everything there at the Food and Wine is but the cost just isnt worth it. With the amount of food across the park, there is really no reason to pay the high rates for the side SENSES things. They are good, dont get me wrong but you will find most of the same food in the carts. I would instead get tickets for the swan and dolphin food and wine classic. I think it is the 6th annual one this year. FANTASTIC I have gone every year and it is the bomb. A whole other look at the food and wine. As for the food and wine, every cart is exceptional. You cant go wrong. We love the Greek Cart and the GERMAN BEER GARDEN is awesome. But you cant go wrong. My opinion, go left and start that way. You will be lucky to get out of england. haha If you are planning, come down for Starship. They rock the joint every year and well worth the scheduling. America is suppose to be bringing back the lobster roll which they canned last year for some reason but it is to die for. Hit that up too. ENJOY
