Looking for an amazing snack to munch on while perusing Disneyland? Then you must try the Cinnamon Crisps from Rancho Del Zocalo in Frontierland.
Located in between Big Thunder Mountain and the Shooting Gallery, Rancho Del Zocalo is a counter service restaurant offering up Mexican cuisine in the wild wild west of Disneyland.
Cinnamon Crisps are a hidden gem that not many people know about, and Rancho Del Zocalo is the only spot in the park that sells them.
Reminiscent of Taco Bell’s old “Cinnamon Crispas” (remember those!?!?!) this
crunchy cousin is made from flour tortillas that are fried and coated with a generous sprinkling of cinnamon and sugar. And when I say generous, I mean it. Check out the leftovers at the bottom of the bag! If you want to grab a spoon to finish it off, I won’t judge you.
The crisps are made fresh at Disneyland. They’re cooked perfectly, thick, and not at all greasy. Sort of like a churro, but in chip form!
Cinnamon Crisps are located at the check out. If you’re looking to just grab a bag, enter through the exit or excuse yourself around the guests waiting to order food so you don’t have to wait in the counter service line.
For just $3.49, you get a generously sized bag that’s perfect for sharing, or not sharing. These things disappear quickly at my house. I usually buy two: one bag to eat at the park and the second to eat at home later, preferably alone.
Have you tried the Cinnamon Crisps from Rancho Del Zocalo? Do you have any “Hidden Treats” at the Disneyland Resort? Let us know in the comments below!

I would really like to see Cinnamon Crisps at Disney World. They look amazing and I love cinnamon and can’t stand Churros.
Madoka says
I had no idea these existed! Must try on our next DL trip. 🙂
@Heather – Do you find that the chips stay fresh for a few days or do they go stale pretty quick?
Cheap Social Worker says
Oh wow! While I’ve eaten at Rancho Del Zolaco before (love the huge serving sizes), I’ve never had their cinnamon crisps! I’ll have to add them to my list the next time I go to Disneyland as an alternative to my usual churro or cream cheese pretzel!
By the way, thank you for maintaining this blog! It’s a valuable resource in helping me decide what to eat whenever I go to Disneyland!
Heather Sievers says
@Cheap Social Worker – Oh! You must try them next time! Glad you like the blog!

Those look exactly like the ones at Taco Bell.
BTW, there is a chain called Taco Time on the west coast… They make the same thing! Very yummy.
Heather Sievers says
@Kristina – I’ve never heard of Taco Time here in CA.

Every time I went to Disneyland when I was little, we would always get cinnamon crisps and they were so good. 😍❤️
