If you think you’ve done it all at Victoria and Albert’s, it’s time to think again.
The Chef’s Degustation Menu is comprised of 10 small courses, and will pay tribute to Chef Hunnel’s travels through Europe and Asia. As always, the menu will also be influenced by seasonal flavors.
Guests who opt for this meal will enjoy a few extra touches: they’ll choose options from a cheese trolley, will be treated to table side butter carving, and receive a custom chocolate box at the end of their meal.
If guests are looking for a premium experience that explores wine pairing, the restaurant will also be offering food and wine pairings in the eight-seat Queen Victoria Room.
Wine pairings here will be exclusive to the Queen Victoria Room, and will highlight the close working relationship between chef and sommelier.
The seven-course Chef’s Tasting Menu continues to be available in the dining room, in addition to the new 10-course menu. Guests who enjoy watching all the action as they dine can still book the Chef’s Table as well. We’ve enjoyed this experience a couple of times (read our reviews here and here), and definitely recommend it.
Dinner at Victoria & Alberts is prix fixe, and ranges from $185 to $340 per person for dinner only, and $250 to $340 for dinner with wine pairings.

Nope, we enjoy and savor our food and that means more than one or two bites. Also for me the courses blend together and I don’t remember specific items very well.
There are people that enjoy eating like this and I’m happy for them!
Personally while everyone is eating this I’ll be at the Disneyland Plaza having great fried chicken or the Big Thunder BBQ having, well, BBQ!

Goodness- 10 courses?! I don’t think I have ever had such a large meal before, but I’d be lying if I said this did not pique my interest! Though, that dessert looks the most enticing, and I would not want to fill up on the 9 previous dishes!

We’ve eaten here a few x before and always enjoyed it. I think it’s the best restaurant in WDW, but I can barely make it through the regular set of courses. I guess I wouldn’t eat for a while day so I could try it.

This is cool for guests who want to experience the 10 courses WITHOUT the wine pairings I suppose. But I’d definitely just go for The Queen Victoria Room if you want all 10 courses. We’ve eaten in all three Dining Rooms, and of course, The Chef’s Table is an unbelievable Culinary Experience like no other, but we are absolutely in love with The Queen Victoria Room. It’s extra quiet and personal as there are so few tables. It’s the same menu as The Chef’s Table. Only difference is it’s not in the kitchen. The Chef even comes out at the end to say hello and chat. So if you’re gonna go for the 10 courses, I say get the full experience in either The Queen Victoria Room, or Chef’s Table. The butter, cheese carving and truffles are standards in those two Dining Areas. Of course, going for the 7 courses with wine pairing in the Main Dining Room is an absolutely incredible experience as well :)! AJ, do we know if Victoria & Albert’s is doing their special dinner during food & wine this year?? I was SO SAD when I didn’t see it on the list you released the other day! Meant to call the restaurant, but I haven’t. Do you know anything about it??

Wow, 10 courses! And look at those pictures! I love looking at fancy meals like that. However, Victoria and Albert’s just seems so fancy… I’d be scared to death of embarrassing myself. I think I’ll stick to the more low brow food.

I wish I was physically capable of eating all those courses. We did the regular meal in dining room and it was the best meal of my life but about halfway thru i had to start just tasting each dish instead of eating everything, coz i was way too full. And i had to pack my soufflé to go, what a sin! I wish there was a way u could do all 10 courses over 2 or 3 nights, i’d be there in a flash!!

Victoria & Alberts is one of the finest restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of dining at. The dishes are beautifully presented and perfectly executed. The flavors never disappoint and the wait staff is knowledgable and attentive. The atmosphere gives you a classy victorian feel while incorporating that sense of magic that can only be found at Disney. It is an altogether wonderful place, but you must be a genuine lover of fine food to truly appreciate this experience.

We went to V&A for our fifth anniversary and it was worth every dime! Seven courses was so extravagantly filling that I can’t imagine 10! You’ll need to roll me out of there! I guess I know what we’ll be doing for our tenth anniversary.

I surprised my wife with a dinner in the Queen’s Room at Victoria and Albert’s for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was an amazing experience that we will definitely do again. Israel Perez and our two wait staff, Sherry and Jack were amazing , friendly, and very informative of the dishes and the wine pairings. Chef Hunnel came into the room near the end of our meal and stopped at our table to introduce himself. It was hands down the finest meal we’ve ever eaten, and a great way to celebrate our anniversary. We would definitely recommend the Queen’s Room intimate dining experience to anyone, and can’t wait to get back there again.

For my 60th birthday we experienced the 10 course meal with wine pairing in the Queen’s Room at Victoria and Albert’s. I say “experienced” because it was amazing. Every single course was fantastic and even though it sounds like 10 courses can be too much, it was just right. The food was delicious and the wine pairings were great. The staff treated us like royalty and made us feel special. It’s not something we’re going to do often, but I am very glad to have done it, and for a special occasion will gladly do it again.
