Wow! I anticipated that some of the merchandise for the Epcot Food and Wine Festival would be better-than-average, considering that 2015 marks the 20th Anniversary of the Festival. But I can’t say I was expecting all of this! Disney has provided a sneak peek at some of the items on tap for the celebration… and you may want to settle in, my friends, because there is LOTS of it.
I don’t even know where to start, so I guess I’ll just point out a few favorites. For instance, “Voila! You’ve got a (Chef) Figment” on the Chef Figment Mug and 20th Anniversary Ornament below! And you Dooney and Bourke fans out there will want to check out the bag on the bottom right (as well as a few other bags throughout the collection).
I’m also loving that Chef Mickey Appetizer Plate, too — it’s an example of one out of three different art programs that set the tone for the merchandise. Chefs Mickey and Figment make up one line, so you’ll spot them on several pieces throughout the images.
The “Taste Your Way Around the World” tag is prominently featured on several items again this year along with the “Epcot International Food & Wine Festival” logo — the difference this year, of course, being that several of those items include the 20th Anniversary mark, like the truly most awesome Trash Can Salt and Pepper Shakers below. Though I do wish those were modeled after the standard brown Epcot trash cans that so many of us have to use as tables at the festival.
(Of course, we know that our true Food and Wine devotees can’t make due with that teensy tapas plate Disney offers for purchase, so we always recommend you bring a tray of your own. ;-D)
Do you see the Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup recipe card above? If you look really closely, you’ll see that it (along with a few other recipe cards in the images) holds a Limited Edition Food and Wine Festival Pin.
That Long-sleeve T-Shirt below will be perfect when the cooler evening temps roll around as the Festival continues into October and November! And it looks like some Passholder Merchandise is on the way, too, with the Figment Passholder T-Shirt.
You may have also noticed the return of the “Brews Around the World” Collection (my husband sure did, as he checked out some of the pics). And I like that there are limited release Remy’s Hide and Squeak pins to collect, commemorating the new scavenger hunt adventure around the park. Those, I believe, will be representative of the ingredient stickers you’ll have to collect around the parks to finish the hunt.
A Commemorative Disney Pins Set will be featured in addition to the individual pins (looks like Chip and Dale paid a visit to the Belgium Booth for a Belgian Waffle with Warm Chocolate Ganache and Whipped Cream!). Oh, and… ya gotta have the Swedish Chef Vinylmation! There are a few more of those Dooney bags for you as well.
For those attending this year’s Food and Wine Festival, your best bet for spotting the bulk of this merchandise will be the Festival Center (though you’ll also spot assortments in pop-up merchandise locations while exploring all the Festival Booths around World Showcase). Disney has stated that at this time they do not plan for these products to be released via the online Disney Store.

Thanks for sharing. Love all the Figment stuff! I also love the black wine bag with international flags around it. I like the idea of the 20th anniversary Dooney but the color pattern is a little dark for me, this is a good thing. I already plan on using my Bday money at the festival! Can’t wait for September!

Wow! Thanks for the info! Any idea if the merch would be available using WDW’s phone line for direct order from the parks?

Who are the characters on the Cheese Soup Recipe Card pin? I’ve blown the image up and all I can make out is that one is blue & the other one is brownish.
Heather says
Second on wondering about phone ordering. I really like the Chef Figment ornament, but I don’t live anywhere near WDW.
Dave says
@-Jennifer, look at the top pic, Stitch pin is on the apple struedel recipe card.
