Looking for a brand new way to start your day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios?
Then you may want to know that Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant will be serving BREAKFAST for a limited run from November 1, 2015, through January 23, 2016! [EDITOR’S UDPATE: Please note that the trial run of breakfast at Sci-Fi Restaurant has ended, and at this point the option has not been renewed.]
While the full menu has not yet been published on the Disney World website, a partial list states that offerings will include a
- Puff Pastry with Scrambled Eggs, Crab, Asparagus, and Gruyere Cheese with Roasted Tomatoes;
- Grilled Beef Tenderloin on Baby Spinach, with Bacon and Cheddar Custard on a Roasted Tomato and Cheesy Horseradish Potatoes;
- Scrambled Eggs, Crispy Bacon, Sausage Links, and Breakfast Potatoes; and
- Macadamia Crusted Brioche French Toast with Mascarpone and Fresh Berries.
Your meal will also include breakfast pastries and a choice of appetizer, entree, and one non-alcoholic beverage. The price will be $23.99 for adults, $12.99 for children.
While this limited run breakfast is a new offering at Hollywood Studios, we do have some idea of what breakfast is like at Sci-Fi Dine-In, thanks to the Star Wars Galactic Dine-In Breakfast (offered only during and around Star Wars Weekends).

Please note: the picture below is from the Star Wars breakfast experience and not the upcoming meal, but at least you can get an idea about that Grilled Beef Tenderloin and Roasted Tomato!

The upcoming breakfast service, however, will NOT be a character experience… just a chance to start your day in a car under the “stars” enjoying clips from a b movie or two!

Will this be a table service or quick serve (like BOG)? I’m not sure if they specified.
It certainly sounds like a better value than BOG with a very similar price point. I’d opt for this.

Do you suppose you are served both the pastries and an appetizer? Or was there some sort of typo, and the pastries are the appetizer?
I had read this is a Table Service credit. It seems very similar to BOG, which is a Quick Service credit.
Still unsure about this one!
My husband and I are going on a quick getaway to Orlando for Thanksgiving and weren’t planning on going to WDW since we’re going for two weeks at the end of January, beginning of February, but I HAD to add a day at WDW to try the breakfast since Sci Fi is our favorite WDW restaurant! Can’t wait!
