With the return of the 2015 Epcot Food and Wine Festival THIS WEEK comes the return of the Chase Lounge exclusively for Chase Visa cardholders.
Once again, the Lounge will make its home in the American Adventure Pavilion, offering complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and a device charging station (and — as always — air conditioning 😉 ).
The Lounge will be open daily from 11:00 am to park close. Cast Members will be stationed outside to check your card and direct you into the Lounge for a bit of rest and relaxation as well as some great views of World Showcase and Spaceship Earth from the third floor of the Pavilion.
This year, a few new features will be added to the amenities as part of the 20th Anniversary celebration of the Festival. These enhancements will include
- a desk dedicated to Festival Information,
- a social media photo booth, and a station where Lounge visitors will be able to email recipes from the Festival
- periodic animation sketch classes as well as caricature artists throughout the run of the Festival

Mark says
More chairs in the lounge would have been more welcome. Love the picture, but when was it taken? 5 minutes after opening? Whenever we are there we end up standing or sitting on the floor.
Eileen says
Nice respite place; thank you!
Jamie Jones says
I have been a long time Disney Chase Credit Card holder and never have taken the time to do this. As Mark said I’ve heard its crowded and no place to sit. Also heard its just water complimentary. Is that true? We’ve always skipped it because who wants to be with a crowd and drink water? I’m curious to know what is really served there and see more pics of the crowds. Thanks!!
Mark says
Jamie Jones, they have free soda from those machines with 100’s of combo’s. Coffee and tea, too if I remember correctly. Alcoholic drinks available for purchase. Try it once.
Natalie says
Does it have to be a DIsney Chase Visa? or any Chase customer?
Mark says
OK, used the lounge today. Much improved. There is a lot more seating and a special room for families. Well done.
M'Shel says
I have never tried the lounge but might do so this year. My cousin and her daughter will be with us but aren’t Disney VISA card holders. Will they be able to go in with us?
