We’ve got even MORE food news coming out of Disney Springs! D-Luxe Burger, Morimoto Asia Street Food, and YeSake will join the already impressive list of eateries opening in Disney Springs on Sunday, May 15th!

D-Luxe Burger — the Disney owned and operated burger joint featuring gourmet burgers and artisanal gelato shakes — has been in our sights for some time, and its May 15 opening has now been confirmed.

On the other hand, YeSake is all new! This kiosk will offer “global eats” such as the Great Wall made with Chinese-style pork and a Sombrero with ground beef, pico de gallo, guacamole, cheese and corn chips. Beer, a Sake Combo Freeze, and Sake Bourbon Slush will be some of the drinks you can choose from to wash down your international fare.

The signature Table Service restaurant, Morimoto Asia, opened in The Landing of Disney Springs at the end of September last year.

Morimoto Asia Street Food will be a new walk-up window component of the restaurant, located on the patio. Offerings will include items like sushi, donburi rice bowls, and bao tacos. Snack portions of Morimoto Sticky Ribs will be served, too, along with Curry Rice Croquettes, Pork Egg Rolls, Taiyaki (a snapper-shaped pancake with sweet adzuki red bean paste) and Takoyaki (an octopus dish).

So, for those keeping score at home… that brings the total of openings in Disney Springs on May 15th to seven new dining destinations: these three spots will join Amorette’s Patisserie, The Daily Poutine, B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co., and Sprinkles.

Of course, that’s just in regards to dining! With the Town Center of Disney Springs making its debut that day, all sorts of retail spots will be opening doors, too! And, don’t forget, this list doesn’t include Ample Hills Creamery, rumored to also be opening on Disney’s BoardWalk on May 15th as well.

I guess what we’re saying is, Disney Springs will be THE place to be on May 15th. And here’s a bit of advice… you’ll probably want to come HUNGRY 😉 .
