If you’re planning to be in the Orlando area for the month of September, get ready for some terrific dining savings that include hot new Disney Springs Restaurants like Morimoto Asia and STK!
For the eleventh straight year, Visit Orlando is sponsoring Orlando Magical Dining Month. The event kicks off with a preview week on Monday, August 29, and runs through Sunday, October 2, offering guests and residents of the Orlando area five full weeks to enjoy special savings, all while doing good. And this year, more than 90 restaurants will participate — up from 77 in 2015. The list includes several options in the Disney Resort Area as well.
If you’re not familiar with Magical Dining, we’re happy to explain! The event, which has become a fall tradition, offers a prix fixe menu at restaurants throughout the Orlando area. Guests pay $33 per person and can choose from a list of appetizers, main courses, and desserts to comprise their three-course meal. One dollar from each meal goes to support a local charity. In 2016, proceeds from the event benefit The Russell Home for Atypical Children. You can read more about The Russell Home here.

Sandra G says
Glad to see Il Mulino here, the one restaurant we always want to go back to each trip. It seems to get overlooked because it is not on the dining plan, and frankly, there are other Italian options close by. But my husband looks forward to their tiramisu (like coffee-flavored clouds), my son the Chicken Parmesan (it fills a entire dinner plate), and pretty much anything pasta for me. Very professional service and a nice place for grownups to have a relaxed drink and a meal.

Sandra G — We love Il Mulino! I hope you get a chance to enjoy it during Magical Dining Month. Cheers!
Jeff says
I’m pretty pleased about this.
First, as someone with a developmentally disabled daughter, I love the cause this benefits.
Second, I already had adr’s for Morimoto Asia & STK on my trip next week. This will make it a bit more affordable.
Can’t wait!
