Disneylanders, take note… The Disneyland Resort may be getting its very own Sprinkles!

According to wdwinfo.com, a permit has been filed for a Sprinkles in Downtown Disney.
In case you’ve missed what all the fuss is about 🙂 , not only was Sprinkles dubbed the “world’s first cupcake bakery” by the Food Network when it first opened in 2005, but it’s also been quite the hit in Disney World since its Disney Springs location opened this past May.

Guests have been lining up for the famous Sprinkles cupcakes, ice cream, and baked treats ever since!

Of course, if you’re on the west coast you probably don’t need a refresher course on Sprinkles, seeing as the very first home to Sprinkles was in Beverly Hills, California.
If this comes to pass, I’m calling this VERY good news for Disneyland! How about you 🙂 ?

Sprinkles is so incredibly overrated. Then again, most store bought cupcakes are dry and overpriced.
I thought Disney didn’t allow stores that competed with something that they already sell?
