When you stop by Fountain View in Epcot for your Starbucks fix, there’s a new sweet treat to try!
There are two ways to ride Soarin without a FastPass: groggily walk to park opening and make a mad dash to be first in line, or leisurely stroll into Epcot and stand in the hours-long line that’s waiting for you. So whether you make your coffee stop before or after, Fountain View will come in handy.
You can’t miss Fountain View on your way to the back of the park. It will be looking over Epcot’s amazing fountains directly across from Mouse Gears and right next to Club Cool.

While you’re picking up your caffeine fix, you might want to check out this new Mocha Brownie we spotted recently!
Mocha Brownie in case
This delicious option replaces the Double Chocolate Brownies that Fountain View used to serve. We were told by a Cast Member that the mocha brownie replaced the previous version as a more allergy-friendly option because the restaurant received several complaints about the nuts in the original. So, we may see this pop up in other Starbucks throughout the parks, but fear not! This one is tasty!!

The triangular brownie is pretty large compared to the other baked sweets in the case. When we asked the Cast Member if these were any different than the original (aside from the nut issue), she told us these have actual espresso beans mixed into the batter!! Cue heavy breathing…

You can’t really see the beans from the picture above, but you can see how fudgy and smooth the brownie is. It is not dry at all! If you’re familiar with Starbucks mocha drinks, I think you’ll find this flavor very similar. It’s more chocolate-y than coffee-y, but there is definitely a distinct coffee flavor. And, if you love coffee like I do, that’s a very good thing!
The chocolate chips baked into the top help to tip the flavor scale in favor of chocolate, too!

Overall
This brownie is amazing! It’s $4.19 and snack credit eligible. If you’re not a big fan of coffee, don’t let the espresso part scare you – it is a light flavor, and espresso lovers who want to really bring out the coffee taste might want to pair it with a coffee or espresso beverage. Because it’s vacation and sugar for breakfast is okay, I could totally have this again with my morning coffee!
