So, let’s say you’re at Ample Hills Creamery on Disney’s Boardwalk.
And let’s suppose you’re taking in all the choices at Disney’s latest ice cream shop… because this is where things get tricky.
How do you decide between flavors like Coffee Toffee Coffee, Ooey Gooey Butter Cake, Malty Salty Pretzel Punch, Baked/Unbaked (filled with house-made chocolate chip cookies and brown butter cookie dough), Sally Sells Seashells (a flavor made exclusively for Disney World), or — my favorite — Peppermint Pattie full of house-made mint chocolate patties? And that’s just naming a few.
It’s not easy, folks.
BUT… there IS a way to ease the dilemma a bit. Ice Cream Flights are now available at Ample Hills Creamery!
Just like the sign says, “Can’t pick just 1 flavor? Get a taste of up to 6 different flavors!” I’m so excited! I’ve been waiting for these to arrive since they opened their doors this Summer!
The Flights are available for $10.19, and here’s a peek at how they’re set up.
Oh, and you may have noticed a few other items mentioned on that sign 🙂 . Ice Cream Cocktails are also now an option with choices including a Hard Root Beer Float, a Hard Black Cherry Float, and Lemon Sky Prosecco (made with Lemon Sky, which is a lemon ginger sorbet made with a splash of limoncello). The Ice Cream Cocktails are available for $10.65.
But now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to catch a flight… of ice cream 😉 .
Have you tried Ample Hills Creamery yet? If so, what did you think? Please let us know with a comment!

Oh my goodness, we were just there a couple of weeks ago, I wished they would have had the flights then, I would have been all in even though we were eating dinner a few hours later – lol. I had the ooey gooey butter cake (it was delish!) but it was a tough decision to pick just one! Next visit, next visit no dinner only ice cream 😀

Not only have I visited the Ample Hills at The Boardwalk I live right by one of the Brooklyn shops!
All of their flavors are amazing. Peppermint Pattie is super refreshing and one my go to cones but Sally Sells Seashells is oddly delicious. Try them all they won’t disappoint. You don’t need too much of this ice cream. It’s got a lot of flavor and is very sweet.

I wish every ice cream shop would offer an ice cream flight! I can never decide on just one or two flavors. I think I’ll need to convince my family to check this out on our trip in November!

Uh oh! This is just too tempting. We all love ice cream, but I’m the only one who isn’t diabetic! 🙁

Wow! I was just saying last night while reading the menu that it would be great if they offered an ice cream sampler! Looking forward to trying this in November (:

Now….if they would just stay open late…..so that we could do this after an evening at Jellyrolls.
