I really don’t know if the tiny feet on the bottom are supposed to resemble her boots or not, but either way they remind me of them.

I’m not finding this one on Disneystore.com at the moment, but it is currently appearing on the Shop Disney Parks app with a “Mary Poppins Mug” search (a word of warning, though: things can change quickly on the app, so if you don’t see it on a current search, try again in a day or two).
