Guests at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort — a Disney Vacation Club destination in Vero Beach, Florida — have some new dining experiences to look forward to on their next trip!
These include a new restaurant, market, and bar, with updated menus to match.
The Wind & Waves Grill allows guests to dine in a casual beach atmosphere at this Table Service restaurant featuring an onstage grill and brick oven. But the real focus is on local cuisine, with an emphasis on Florida seafood and locally-sourced produce.
The result includes dishes like brick-oven-roasted Florida Clams in local IPA broth with fennel and garlic, an oak-grilled Grouper dish, and a signature Shrimp with Cheese Grits.
The wood-burning oven will produce a variety of Flatbreads with Cheeseburger, Barbecued Chicken, and BLT among the choices.
“Interactive desserts” will be available specifically for the kiddos. And on Saturdays, the spot will feature Goofy’s Beachside Character Breakfast from 7:30 – 11:00 AM.
The Wind & Waves Market offers Quick Service options along with grab-and-go selections throughout the day. Hot breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, and specialty coffees are available for breakfast, while burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and salads make up the lunch and dinner choices. And for dessert (or an anytime snack) at the Market? Dole Whip!
Finally, the Wind & Waves Bar will feature a selection of cocktails and craft beers as well as light snacks for a poolside treat.
Interested guests may book reservations for the Wind & Waves Grill by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

Been to Vero before new look, enjoyed it and loved the Green Schutters. Love the drinks, food and scenic views. And I’m sure with the changes it is only better
