Culinary Demos and Beverage Seminars offer Festival goers and opportunity to learn more without breaking the bank.
General Booking for these events is now open. You can book Culinary Demos and Beverage Seminars at Disneyland.com. Price for these events ranges from $10-$20 per person, and each event lasts approximately 30-45 minutes.
Wine Education and Tasting Seminars are led by a sommelier or winemaking professional, and will feature a wide array of California Wines, presented on the beautiful Sonoma Terrace at Golden Vine Winery.
Wine Seminars are scheduled daily at Mondays through Thursdays at 2:30 and 4:30PM, and Fridays through Sundays at 12:30, 2:30, 4:30, and 6:30PM.
Beer and Spirits Seminars offer guests the chance to learn more about their favorite grown up beverages from industry pros. Each seminar will include up to three different samples, as you learn how beer and/or spirits are made, notes about flavors, and ideas for food pairings.
The seminars take place at 5:00PM on Mondays through Wednesdays, and at 3:00 and 5:00PM on Thursdays through Sundays.
Culinary Demonstrations are 30-minute mini cooking lessons, and offer attendees step-by-step instructions and recipe ideas focusing on a single recipe, ingredient, or technique.
Learn from seasoned chefs — and sample the completed dish!
Book Culinary Demos Mondays-Wednesdays at 2:00 or 4:00PM, Thursdays at 2:00, 4:00, or 6:00PM, Fridays at 12:00, 2:00, 4:00, and 6:00PM, and Saturdays and Sundays at 12:00, 2:00, and 4;00PM.

Lifestyle Seminars
Complimentary seminars, lasting 20-30 minutes, offer a variety of tips on a range of lifestyle topics. Also look for live art demonstrations.
AJ and Dining in Disneyland writer Heather Sievers will once again present a Lifestyle Seminar in 2017. This year, they’ll be speaking on Secret Menu Items in Disneyland!
Jr. Chef
Aspiring young chefs get hands-on kitchen experience, as they mix a variety of ingredients to create make-believe treats.
Chef Goofy offers the “supervision” for this fun event, geared toward the 3-11 set. Kids follow a recipe and then swirl everything together. (Warning: Hands will get a lil messy!) And with a little Disney Magic — poof! Participants leave with a wrapped, ready-to-eat baked treat.
Jr. Chef events are free, and take place several times daily at Paradise Park, near the Golden Zephyr. Daily showtimes will be posted at the event location.
Participation is on a first-come basis. Children under 7 must be accompanied by a guest age 14 or older.
