Dave says
Yo, I feel like I was a victim of the old bait and switch! Came to post from the homepage due to photo of desert associated with the post. No write-up or information about said desert is in the post!
Jennifer says
I was told that Sister Hazel would be Sept 16-17. Is this not confirmed yet?
Caroline says
I hope Mark McGrath is coming. That’s how I celebrate my bday every year. I made him a shirt n family calander last year n gave the twins gifts. Lovely nice family. We come several times a week. We r so looking forward to it.
Brooke says
Jennifer — We haven’t been able to confirm them yet. Stay tuned!
Brooke says
Caroline — We’ll let you know as soon as we hear!
Brooke says
Dave — So sorry for any confusion. We use our own photos from previous festivals as unifying “Food and Wine Festival Updates” pictures. That particular photo is of the Liquid Nitro Chocolate-Almond Truffle with Warm Whiskey Caramel. It appeared at the last two festivals at different booths each time. You can find out more about here, in a preview post we did last year about the booth that featured it in 2016, The Chocolate Studio. It’s delicious and a crowd pleaser. I wouldn’t be surprised to see it return in 2017.
Faith says
When will the Chew be out there?
Lisa says

Jean says
I am VERY happy to hear that there will be an India booth! I hope they keep introducing more and more countries every year. (Lookin’ for you someday, too, Russia!)
Brooke says
Lisa, you might be able to call Disney directly and request this. Their number is (407) 934-7639 for the reservations line. You can also access the latest maps on Disney’s website.
Brooke says
Faith — We haven’t received any word on that yet, but we’ll let you know as soon as we do!
Jennifer says
I am planning my bachelorette for the third weekend in October … do you recommend any specific events or tastings?
Brooke says
Jennifer — the low cost seminars and demos are usually pretty awesome, and if it’s available during your dates, the Parisian Breakfast is pretty great. The Cheese Seminar is wonderful as well. Depending on your budget, the regional tasting events and the signature events at the resorts are pretty wonderful too, as is Party for the Senses. We don’t have specifics on who will be appearing when yet, but stay tuned. We’ll share that information as soon as we have it. 🙂
jen says
portugal needs to be on the menu and Amy Grant should play !!!
Arielle says
Love the post! How do I go about buying tickets to party of the senses? Very interested in going but can’t seem to find where to buy tickets. Thanks!
Brooke says
Arielle — Booking information for events hasn’t been released yet, but we expect it soon. Stay tuned!
Karie says
We changed our dining plan to the deluxe plan so we could have more QS to convert to snacks while we are at Epcot. So it says you have to use all 3 at one location. What if you want to try something at the Australian kiosk and something at the Brazil kiosk. I am assuming that would be 2 different sales and could not be done.
Brooke says
Karie — That’s correct. Unless there is a change this year, the QS credit converted to three snacks has to take place in one transaction.
Mary-Jo Rivela says
Are the celebrity chefs confirmed yet? I can’t seem to find a list for this year.
Brooke says
Mary-Jo — We’re still awaiting the full schedule of who will appear at this year’s festival. We’ll keep you posted!
Heidi Taylor says
Do you have an idea of when the confirmed booths will be released for this year? I love the food and wine we’ll be there for 3 weeks of it!
Brooke says
Heidi — We love it too and wow — that’s awesome that you’ll have 3 whole weeks to enjoy! We should know soon. Stay tuned — we’ll have the info here on DFB as soon as it’s available 😀
Judy Austin says
We are members and wish to know when we can make reservations to party of the senses.
Brooke says
Judy — We should have booking dates for you very soon.
Christy says
I can’t wait for more info! We will be there for the very last day, November 13th. I have been assured that the last day will be just as good as the first. Do they usually still have bands/seminars/demonstrations on the last day?
