You may already be familiar with Disney’s Food Trucks: Fantasy Fare, World Showcase of Flavors, Superstar Catering, and the new Springs Street Tacos (formerly Namaste Cafe).

While the trucks sometimes change locations (for instance, Superstar Catering Food Truck is currently serving guests as the Centertown Food Truck at Caribbean Beach Resort as a temporary dining option), you’ll most often find three of the four trucks at their regular home in Exposition Park.

On June 2nd and 3rd, however, you’ll find Fantasy Fare and World Showcase of Flavors in Disney Springs West Side right by Cirque du Soleil and House of Blues. You see, they’ll need a little more room to host SIX more food trucks for the weekend for the Springs Street Eats Food Truck Rally!

Springs Street Eats Food Truck Rally will kick off on Friday, June 2nd, at 4:00 pm, and will run from Noon to 11:00 pm on Saturday, June 3rd.

Along with live entertainment, guests will also be able to check out the eats at the following six guest food trucks:

Caketeer typically serves Downtown Orlando and Central Floridians with gourmet cupcakes and custom cakes.

Philly’s Best Cheesesteaks… well, it’s all in the name!

900 Degreez Pizza cooks up wood-fired pizzas in 90 seconds, thanks to an imported Italian oven tucked into the converted container food truck. Peek inside the all-glass panel to see the goings on!

Magic 4 UR Palate creates dishes that “are appealing to the eye and at the same time arouse the taste buds.” Hmmm.

The London Fish and Chippy serves haddock fish fried in a homemade beer batter, along with additional fried seafood dishes.

Tikiz Shaved Ice allows guests to dispense their very own Hawaiian Shaved Ice creations. Ice cream will be on offer, too.
