We love the Mexico Pavilion for some many reason and it is why when entering the World Showcase from future world we always veer left! I have been a regular patron of La Cava del Tequila for as long as I can remember. That said, am I the only one that feels there has been a significant decline in quality at La Cava del Tequila? My past several visits this fall have found the margaritas very out of balance (too sweet at times, too sour at others). Also, they have always “pushed” the house’s preferred tequila, but the folks particularly at the bar are getting to the point where it’s almost obnoxious if you stray. I even had one actually insult my order when I didn’t go for their current house push (Casa Noble). The tequila flights are interesting and well assembled (meaning the pairings with the other tequilas in the flight) and the tables service it still pleasant. But when buying generally some of the more expensive cocktails in WDW I expect higher quality and consistency.
And as a side note… why is it taking so flippin’ long to finish the new margarita stand outside? I feel like Toy Story Land will be open before that place is.

I absolutely love this video series! Our next trip is this December, and staying at Boardwalk specifically to be in close proximity to World Showcase eating and holiday events (we’ve never been during Christmas season before). Thank you for your awesomeness!

I completely agree with you on San Angel Inn. We eat at the counter service every summer, and they always have the indoor area open for lunch customers to escape the heat.
