The Alfresco Terrace has never been open in ANY of our trips to Disneyland. Heh. But, agree 100% on the Carthay Lounge. It is so nice and cool, has excellent drinks, amazing service, and some really great vegetarian options (and our kid feels fancy drinking the wine soda). It is one of the things that is on our must do list every time we hit up Disneyland!
