The Wine, Beer, and Spirits Education and Tasting Seminars take place at the Golden Vine Winery, Sonoma Terrace. Palisades Stage in Paradise Park is home to the Culinary Demonstrations.

Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival Culinary Demos and Beverage Seminars
Culinary Demos and Beverage Seminars offer Festival goers and opportunity to learn more without breaking the bank.

The Wine, Beer, and Spirits Education and Tasting Seminars are 30 to 45 minutes long and each session is presented by a beverage industry professional who will guide you through sample tastings and are presented on the beautiful Sonoma Terrace at Golden Vine Winery.
Wine seminars with Disneyland Resort Sommeliers are scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays at 5PM. The other wine, beer, or spirit seminars are scheduled for Fridays through Sundays at 11:45AM, 1:30PM, 3:15PM, and 5PM. All take place at Golden Vine Winery, Sonoma Terrace.
Golden Vine Winery, Located at Wine Country Trattoria
At the wine seminars guests will learn about different wine varieties and get tasting notes while the seminars with the Disneyland Resort Sommeliers will focus on a varietal, region, or style of wine. The beer seminars will focus on how beer is made, ideas for food pairings, and more. And guests attending the spirit seminars will have a chance to mix the featured drink!
Disneyland Food and Wine Festival Beverage Seminar
The price for each of the seminars is $20 per person and guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
Culinary Demonstrations are mini cooking lessons, and offer attendees step-by-step instructions and recipe ideas focusing on a single recipe, ingredient, or technique.
NEW this year guests can book a standard Culinary Demonstration for free or a VIP experience for $30 per person.
The VIP Experience includes reserved seating, a private meet-and-greet with the chef after the demonstration, and a sampling of the chef’s dish. The free experience is included in your park admission, is standing room only, and no samples are provided.
Book Culinary Demos Fridays through Sundays at 4PM or 6PM. These take place at Palisades Stage in Paradise Park.
Family Friendly Seminars
Complimentary seminars, lasting 20-30 minutes, offer a variety of tips on a range of lifestyle topics including growing your own vegetables or learning to prepare some Festival Marketplace favorites.
Outdoor Stage at the DCA Food and Wine Festival
These seminars take place Thursdays through Sundays at the Backlot Stage in Hollywood Land. A list of topics and times will be at the event location.
Jr. Chef
Aspiring young chefs get hands-on kitchen experience, as they mix a variety of ingredients to create make-believe treats.
Chef Goofy offers the “supervision” for this fun event, geared toward the 3-11 set. Kids follow a recipe and then swirl everything together. (Warning: Hands will get a lil messy!) And with a little Disney Magic — poof! Participants leave with a wrapped, ready-to-eat baked treat.
The Jr. Chef kitchen is open for fun several times daily in the Hollywood Backlot. Daily showtimes are posted at the event location. Jr Chef is available on a first-come, first-served basis for children ages 3 to 11. The number of participants is limited and children under age 7 must be accompanied by a guest age 14 or older.
