The Poutine is unlike anything at Le Cellier, but the base of French Fries is covered in Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup and Cheese Curds! So while traditional poutine has brown gravy, we totally support and celebrate the use of the soup. I was skeptical at first, but it really is DELICIOUS with the soup on top! Weird, right?

The Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup is identical to the Le Cellier version — complete with Applewood Smoked Bacon. And we know some of you enjoy a good pretzel roll for dunking, so we recommend grabbing a pretzel en route to the soup. Say, from Germany, where the pretzels are jumbo and perfectly suited to the soup.

Worst Poutine I have ever had. Even Red Robbin is better.
I had the soup in January — it was HORRIBLE! Very gritty and lacked flavor. It is better in the restaurant or during F&WF. I will try it again once the weather cools down.
