When Disneyland Splitsville Luxury Lanes opened in Downtown Disney in California, guests were elated. The long-awaited bowling-alley-with-eats was finally open — and it did not disappoint!
Like its Floridian counterpart, Disneyland Splitsville captured the spirit of its locale, which greets guests with this awesome mural!
And the love for the O.C. continues with this lane-side mural that depicts local icons.
Of course, Disneyland Splitsville has the classic Mickey Mouse Bowling Balls! I love how colorful these are!
The lanes are impeccable. It’s clear fun will be had by all!
Lanes are equipped with these touchscreens. Time to bowl?
Nope — time to eat! 😉 Disneyland Splitsville has loads of seating for guests dining here. There are tables with chairs (in a sort of mid-century style) as well as booths. And this second-floor dining area provides awesome views of Downtown Disney, too!
There are also sleek banquets with padded seats and high backs.
There are also rad bowling lounges for parties seeking to reserve semi-private lanes, which the Splitsville folks say provide a VIP-like experience for guests.
On this visit, Heather (@DininginDisney) and I were with a party of twenty-three celebrating in one of the semi-private areas, which consisted of four lanes and lots of seating. The decor in this space was subtle with splashes of color.
Splitsville also offers these awesome pin bottles that you can order and refill! Even with ICEES!
They’re a fun souvenir!
Disneyland Splitsville offers tons of food and drink options, and whatever you think about bowling alley food — you might have to adjust your stereotype here. Splitsvilles in Orlando and now in Anaheim are actually pretty well known for their food. The drink menu offers Cocktails on Tap, Bowl Drinks, Hand-Crafted Spirits, Draft and Bottled Beer, and Wine.
I ordered a Muleshine, which comes served in a copper Moscow Mule cup, packed with ice. The tasty combo of components includes American Born Moonshine, fresh Peach Purée, Lime Juice, and a splash of premium Ginger Beer. It was refreshing, and the peach puree was an awesome addition.
The party ordered from the apps, pizza, and sushi menus — but you’ve gotta see what else they offer here!
Handhelds include a variety of burgers and sandwiches, while entrees have something for everyone — literally. There’s no way anyone could leave Splitsville hungry!
The dessert menu is small but powerful, with Ghirardelli Brownies, Root Beer Floats, and a Giant Cake. (Let’s just agree that all cake should be giant.)
But let’s get to the food! The apps menu is just packed with options — and between the many people in our party, we covered a lot of ground. Spicy Edamame was a big hit! Steamed edamame are tossed with Sesame Oil and Chili Sauce.
Loaded Fries are truly loaded here: Fries smothered in Queso Blanco, Bacon, Ranch, and Scallions. Like, seriously: queso and ranch? It was CRAZY incredible.
Once you go Splitsville Loaded Fries, you never go back. (Look at that bacon!)
For something a little less, you know, awesome, there are typical crinkles in the Cone of Fries. We got these for my four-year-old, and he loved them. These are lightly seasoned and come with chive dip.
Chicken Tenders are a little next level, hand-battered with Parmesan breading then fried and served with ranch dressing. Totally yummy.
And there are a lot of tenders here! Definitely shareable.
You almost have to order the next item for the name alone: Thigh High Sliders. These are two crispy Chicken Thigh Sliders tossed in Asian Barbecue Sauce and topped with Slaw. They could use a little more slaw — but the chicken was sweet and flavorful, and really juicy.
Cheeseburger Sliders are three Slider-style Burgers topped with Cheese, Caramelized Onions, Special Sauce, Lettuce, Tomato, and Pickles. There’s nothing too crazy going on here, but they’re a solid option.
There are ten varieties of pizza, but our party opted for Cheese. Love the dark, toasty cheese.
And the chef-inspired menu at Splitsville also includes fantastic sushi options!
The California Roll is a traditional creation of Sushi Rice, Kani Kama Krab, Cucumber, and Avocado.
But California Crunch is a spectacle! It’s Tempura Fried Kani Kama Krab, Cucumber and Avocado topped with Tempura crunch, Spicy Mayo and Kimchi Ponzu. The presentation is wild!
Tempura Samurai is Kani Kama Krab, Cream Cheese, Chives, and Water Chestnuts rolled and Tempura fried, drizzled with Sweet Thai Chili Sauce, Spicy Mayo and Sriracha. Love the presentation here, too!
The Fantasy Roll is a Splitsville specialty comprised of fresh Salmon, Cucumber and Avocado rolled into Soy Paper and topped with Steamed Shrimp and Ahi Tuna, drizzled with spicy Kimchi Ponzu Sauce.
For dessert, we ordered a Super Sundae: heaping scoops of Vanilla and Chocolate Ice Cream topped with Chocolate Sauce, Caramel Sauce, Whipped Cream, Sprinkles, and a Cherry. It’s pretty huge, so you might want to share. (Or not. We don’t judge.)
Oh and all the sushi is made in the on-site sushi kitchen!
The Banana Streusel Pizza is a unique option incorporating House-made Pizza Crust topped with Banana, crunchy Streusel, Caramel Sauce, Vanilla Ice Cream, and Whipped Cream. It looks like a hot mess — but it’s delicious and usually those hot mess desserts are the best ones!
Seriously, for a bowling alley, Disneyland Splitsville is a great place for a fun meal — even without hitting the lanes! In fact, bowling isn’t the only entertainment on tap at Disneyland Splitsville. There will also be live music on the patio every night! Plus, the menu is huge, and the eats are well done. I can’t wait to go back. 🙂
Having an Event At Splitsville Anaheim
I wanted to speak to having an event here as well, since the one we had was relatively large. These people are unflappable, my friends! They know what they’re doing, they’re good at it, and they make sure that everything happens behind the scenes while you’re just having fun with your friends and family. It was amazing to see. So, if you’re considering an event, birthday party, post-rehearsal-dinner fun, or any other kind of party, Splitsville Anaheim would be perfect.
Have you tried Splitsville on either coast? Let us know what you thought in the comments!
Disclosure: Splitsville Anaheim provided complimentary bowling lanes and offered 30% off our food and beverages. Thanks Splitsville! Please see more in our Disclosure Policy.

Splitsville has become our go-to for a relatively inexpensive meal in Disney Springs. I would have never expected to find such great food in a bowling alley! It’s also a great place to watch football! We watched the Week 2 games there and had lunch and a fair share of beers. I had the filet sliders (best burger in Disney) and my boyfriend had the crab-stuffed grilled avocado…so yummy! We were sitting at the outdoor bar and made friends with some fellow Patriots fans. They ordered a plate of the loaded fries and it was so big that they shared it with us….as delicious as they were, 4 (semi-buzzed) adults could not finish the plate. So it’s definitely a great value for a large party. We will definitely be back there for our last-day lunch in May!

That Tempura Samurai roll sounds/looks an awful lot like the Crab Rangoon roll they used to have at Kona Cafe!

My family and I ate here on Monday 3/12. The service was slightly slow, but overall, it was a great meal. I had the mushroom swiss burger, and it was delicious. My son inhaled his (pretty standard) hot dog, and my parents both enjoyed their meal. I’d definitely come back!

We’ve been to both the one in Orlando and the one in Anaheim. It is one of our favorites in Disney Springs… So, I was excited when they announced one here in Anaheim where we live. I think the new building is beautiful. But I was disappointed with the menu pricing. Especially on drinks. It is way expensive, more than just about any other DTD bar. And we had some service hiccups while there. Nothing crazy but it was less than ideal. We will be back. But I don’t think we will become the regulars I had initially planned on being.

Our recent visit to Disneyland in Anaheim we happen to stroll down the District looking for another restaurant we had visited a number of years ago. To find out that the District had been changed all together. We chose to eat at SPLITSVILLE and with NO REGRETS the whole family enjoyed themselves, bowling and the meals were OUTSTANDING. Kyle made our visit much more pleasing with his professionalism and dedication to all his guests. Thank you SPLITSVILLE for making our dining enjoyable. Compliments to the Chef and most of all to Kyle for his welcoming.
