Guests at Disney World’s Caribbean Beach Resort can now enjoy a brand new Counter Service option with Spyglass Grill!
Located by the pool in the Trinidad South section of the Resort, this walk-up window is serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The menu options focus on popular quick service eats, but with an added infusion of Caribbean flavors. For instance, breakfast choices include Cream Cheese and Guava-stuffed French Toast with strawberry guava syrup and Pineapple-Banana Pancakes. And the Breakfast Cuban is made with ham, pulled pork, egg, and Swiss cheese.
Sandwich and Burger options — for both lunch and dinner — feature the Chorizo Burger topped with provolone, potato straws, and crispy pork belly.
Look, too, for the Chopped Jerk Chicken Salad and Plaintain and Yuca Chips. And the Caribbean Tacos are filled with your choice of spiced fish, shredded beef, jerk chicken, or black beans for a vegan option. Toppings include pickled veggies and cabbage, cilantro cream, cotija cheese, and pico de gallo.
The Kids’ Menu includes Tacos with chicken or fish served with Mickey Veggie Chips or fresh fruit. Chopped Jerk Chicken Salad and a Chili-Lime Shrimp Salad are also available for the kiddos.
You’ll find a Passion Fruit Tres Leche cake among the desserts.
Remember, Spyglass Grill is poolside, so you might be craving a refreshing, cool drink during your visit! Specialty Cocktails such as the Island Margarita are on the menu, alongside a Caribbean Mai Tai or classic Pina Colada or Strawberry Daiquiri. Wine and beer, of course, are on the menu, while non-alcoholic selections include soda, brewed Joffrey’s Coffee and specialty coffees, hot cocoa and tea… and, of course, the classic Disney Lava Smoothie.
Spyglass Grill isn’t the only dining update at Caribbean Beach Resort. The Resort is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment, and the result will include new dining options, as well!
Centertown Market will provide more Quick Service eats, while Shutters and Banana Cabana Pool Bar will reopen from renovations of their own. A late summer opening is anticipated for these spots.

And in the meantime, the following dining spots are also available to guests during the extensive refurbishment: the Centertown Food Truck, Centertown Pavilion, and Island Markets are all providing temporary dining options in the meantime, and you can read about them here.

A much needed update as I’m sure everyone can agree. It looks like they’ve put some thought into the flavours at this new spot so it makes me excited to try Shutters and the new food options when we stay here in September. Never thought I’d say that!
