If you’re planning to visit The Edison in Disney Springs, you’ll want to know about something new coming to the menu.

Actually, make that something new to the menu EVERY MONTH, as April will kick off the new Burger of The Month Series!

For the first-ever Burger of the Month, April will deliver The Edison’s Farmhouse and Cheese Burger in honor of National Toasted (Grilled) Cheese Month. (Bonus points if you try it on April 12th: Grilled Cheese DAY!)

You can expect gooey layers of fontina, muenster, gruyere, and Alpine Swiss along with The Edison’s signature blend of sirloin, short rib, brisket, and smoked bacon — all tucked between four slices of bread. In-season Florida tomatoes will top off the burger.

Take our word for it: this could be a really great kickoff, because The Edison knows what it’s doing when it comes to Grilled Cheese.

Recommended pairings for the Farmhouse and Cheese Burger are Founders IPA or The Billionaire Cocktail (Knob Creek Bourbon, Brevans Abssinthe, Agnostura Bitters, lemon juice, simple syrup, and grenadine).

The Edison is the centerpiece of the new late night scene in Disney Springs, and while the venue remains open until 1:00 or 2:00 AM, dinner service ends a bit earlier (around 10:00 or 11:00 PM). But between lunch and dinner, that still gives you plenty of hours to try the Burger of the Month!
