Admittedly, with so many unique and interesting dining options around Epcot’s World Showcase, the American Adventure Pavilion doesn’t really spring to mind when it comes to eating in Epcot. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t a few surprises tucked in this Pavilion. From its own Craft Beer kiosk to a terrific new dessert in the Pavilion’s Counter Service location, Liberty Inn, there are indeed some FOOD adventures to be had while you’re having your own American Adventure! Liberty Inn isn’t the most exciting spot to eat, just like you said, AJ. But I think it’s popular with foreign tourists who want to eat ‘American’ good while in EPCOt, and that’s a good thing!
