Heads up to Walt Disney World Annual Passholders!
Select Passholder levels — specifically, Gold, Platinum, Platinum Plus, and Premeir — will have exclusive access to Toy Story Land for select dates and times this September for some “Passholder Play Time!”
Details such as dates and times have not yet been released for this event, which will require advance registration. However, if you are a Passholder, you’ll want to be sure to keep an eye on your registered email inbox, as Disney will be notifying Passholders about registration for the limited capacity event which will be first-come, first-served.
Also note that blockout dates have been lifted for all four theme parks for Silver and and Weekday Select Passholder levels from June 8 – June 29, 2018! (Weekday Select passes will still be blocked out on Saturdays and Sundays.)
Remember, Toy Story Land opens on June 30, 2018 in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

I really think it stinks that the lower pass holders like us with silver are being left out. We pay our money the same as others and now it may be years before we can get fastpasses sinuses we are left out and we can only book 30days in advance. Not fair that I am on social security and can’t afford a better pass.
Taryn says
Well, then you can say it really stinks for those paying for a vacation during the time when Passholders are getting their “Play Time” since that means those of us who pay our money like anyone else won’t be able to access the land while they are in it. There is always someone who is going to be left out. It’s not a matter of fair. Do you think it’s “not fair” that those with higher pass levels don’t have blackout dates, or have better discounts? Fair doesn’t mean equal. Those Passholders pay more money, so they get more perks. That is fair. The Passholders have shown the investment and dedication to have passes, so they get special experiences that day guests don’t. That is fair. What would’t be fair is if every person got the exact same access and perks even if they were paying different amounts.

Oh my gosh! I hope Illuminations stays open through Sept! I didn’t get to see it last trip and was going to make up for it night 1 when we arrive in Sept. I will be so sad if it’s gone by then!
Kevin says
What about passholders who do not receive passholder communications. Apparently, there are A LOT of us. Is there somewhere else we we can stay informed about the perks when they are announced?
DFB Sarah says
Kevin, check out this page, and consider contacting Disney directly to see if there’s something they can do to make sure you receive notifications.
